As a landlord I really regretted giving my Willesden Green flat to Foxtons. The fees are the highest on the market but the service is poor and staff seem to work in a short-term sales driven culture with some having attitude problems arguing with the customer. The website did not work, my request for an inventory to be taken was ignored, quotes for works were high and for not for irrelevant tasks, it took months to resolve the part of deposit owed to me… Foxtons’ bad reputation is fully deserved, the Willesden Green branch is no exception.
