He listened to my situation and understood precisely what kind of place would suit me and found the ideal place. What an amazing brilliant service provided by the whole team with special thanks to Mark who dealt with the sale of my property. Professional, helpful, kind, understanding and polite. So hard working on my behalf, on occasions even receiving emails at 7pm to keep me updated. Always answering the phone and doing everything above and beyond what was asked of them or promised by them. I know and appreciate it wasn’t the easiest of sales but everyone went the extra mile to get it over the line. Can’t thank you enough and will never use anyone else again in the future for a house sale.
If you want a professional personal first class service look no further, you will be promised this service by other estate agents but as I’ve learned you simply won’t get it, Mark and Tom will deliver from the first phone call to completion.

Not impressed in staffs lack of helpfulness re a propertys i was interested in.

Great local family run business.
We used Carling Jones to re-locate to the area and were very happy that we did. We dealt with Mark Carling and not only did he find us the perfect property, the company made the entire move as stress free as possible, we were able to access the house prior to the moving in date and the paperwork and transition was made very simple. We would definitely use again.

Don't rent with them!
Didn't keep their side of the contract (roof not weatherproof, leaked onto electrics), unpleasant to try and deal with, clearly no scruples as still expected me to honour contract (pay them despite having to move out).
Left me out of pocket and very stressed out; avoid at all costs!

This estate agent encourages gazumping. Don't expect an accepted offer to mean anything with them. Clearly dishonest and are driven by greed. I'm only posting this to try prevent this happening to anyone else. There are plenty of other estate agents out there who do not tolerate this unethical practice.
