25th Jul 2024 (2 days ago)There was a hiccup with the sale when the first buyer disappeared off the face of the earth after 5 months, without announcing that he was no no longer interested in my property. When it became evident that he was unobtainable, Peter David rapidly re-assessed the situation, as the market had declined since the first advert, re-advertised it, and it attracted several more viewers, then from my acceptance of a second offer, the whole conveyancing process took 3 months. So fairly quick.
25th May 2023 (1 year ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! From the valuation, marketing pack, sale and through to completion Andrew and his team were very efficient and customer focused. We were particularly impressed with the 360 Virtual Reality tour. We would not hesitate to use Hunters in Skipton again.

Anyone thinking of selling with him should think again as their photographs are rubbish. Anyone thinking of paying him manage a let , forget it as this firm cuts corners and the maintenance work is bodged so they clearly didn't check it afterwards.
