Steven led on the sale of our home in Haywards Heath earlier this year. He's a very likeable, down-to-earth chap who we felt truly got to know who we were and what we were looking for. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional from beginning to end. Many reasons for the high praise - exceeded sale price, found serious buyer, communicated effectively, chased solicitors relentlessly... the list goes on. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in Sussex.

Steven Carroll was extremely professional and reassuring throughout the whole selling process, from initial valuation through potential buyer viewings, to final agreement on the selling price. He certainly knows his business and the housing market and brought a great deal of calmness and reassurance to the whole process. He arranged for 5 potential Buyers to visit our home and helped finalise the sale within 1 week. We would certainly recommend Steven to other potential Sellers.
