Friendly and helpful service from Daren from whom my mum bought her new flat in Cheam. He was happy to arrange more than one viewing and always willing to answer queries and chase things up. I would use Cavendish again.

Daren at Cavendish helped us find our home in the last six years. Back in 2014, I contacted him about a property in Cheam which they had only listed by location and awaiting details. He wasn't at liberty to discuss them as they weren't shared with him yet. But he made sure that I eventually did get all the detailes as he contacted the landlord and made a case for us. He managed to get us a viewing and we rented it on that viewing right away. He was very professional and nice and even his office when we got the house.

We just moved out and he came back to help us get the deposit back and also making sure all goes well. He did that very nicely too.

Very nice agents and really appreciate your help Daren in finding our home which we loved in the last six years.

Having quickly found a buyer for my mums house through Cavendish and also a new property for her to move into, all seemed set for both transactions to complete quickly as there were no chains involved, little did we know! The delay was with my mums new property and whilst Daren wasn’t selling this property his efforts, in ensuring the whole transaction didn’t collapse and getting involved in our purchase where the selling agents seemed reluctant to, went above and beyond expectations.

We bought our current house through Darren at Cavendish almost 5 years ago. At the time I was very disappointed how Darren conducted himself during our purchase. He was pushing myself and my solicitor at all steps when the delay was from the sellers side and the council for local searches. When we were nearing exchange he became very aggressive and wanted exchange to be a certain date, 2 days earlier than what was being agreed between the solicitors. I am now upsizing and have used two different estate agents within Cheam for sale and purchase, and after dealing with both of them, I realise how poor Cavendish were, and particularly Darren.
