I had the lovely experience of being shown around a property by Molly. I view a lot of properties through my business and have to say she is by far the friendliest bubbliest agent I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Whilst there she gave suggestions and followed up with me later on. Sadly the house didn’t have sufficient bedroom space for my needs.

My partner and I just moved to the UK from New Zealand and were really struggling to find a place- after not hearing back from anywhere for a couple of weeks, Goodfellows arranged a viewing for us the same day we called and we had our flat held for us the next day. We had some troubles moving in on our end but Molly was super helpful and patient with us, completing her side quickly and efficiently to make the move as smooth and fast as possible. I required the services of a lettings agent in Worcester Park in 2022. I invited three local lettings agents, one of which was Goodfellows Estate Agents in Cheam Village.
Beckie Durrant, Lettings Manager from Goodfellows, came to assess my property and discuss relevant matters.
It was immediately obvious that Beckie had done her homework and she was better informed then the other two agents. She came with a pile of literature helpful to landlords. She discussed many matters and by the time she left I had learnt a lot! (I am a teacher by profession and I know when someone has done his/her homework!) Beckie’s rental estimate was higher than that of the other two agents, who were less well informed then Beckie on many issues regarding the rental market in the Worcester Park area.
I gave Beckie the go ahead and she arranged photographs to be taken of my property and within a few days the property details were online, and she promptly found me a tenant who paid the advertised rent.
When the tenants left after a year in 2023 Beckie organised viewings whilst the tenants were still at the property, and once again, she found new tenants for me in less than a week!
Whilst Beckie was dealing with the new tenancy Kelly Burton, the Property Manager, got on with the end of tenancy process for my existing tenants. I was kept fully informed at all stages. Shortly afterwards I was invited to their office in Cheam Village to sign the contract and the other associated paperwork.
As a landlord I am highly satisfied that Beckie Durrant and Kelly Burton of Goodfellows Estate Agents gave me and continue to give me excellent service.
If you are a landlord you ought to try Goodfellows! They are really good!!

I chose Goodfellows Cheam after talking to four estate agents in total. Stefan Rojas and his team at Goodfellows stood out from the crowd as being the most genuine, motivated people, ready to get our house sold.
Everything with Stefan, Sabrina and Martin and everyone else in the office went really well - they held our hands through the whole (stressful!) process, worked hard to keep everyone in the chain happy despite it taking six long and difficult months to get an exchange due to issues further up the chain, and got us over the line in the end.

We started working with Goodfellows in August 2022 when we saw a property and fell in love with it immediately.
We were quickly offered a viewing and Lorraine from Goodfellows took the lead from their liaising between us and the seller during our negotiations until our offer was accepted.
From there Lorraine kept in good contact with us whilst we got our mortgage offer together. Although this took some time, Lorraine was patient with us and felt she really had our back keeping the seller at ease during this delay.
At the point of exchanging contracts there delays from the sellers side but again Lorraine was great to get this resolved and moved along so we could get the deal over the line
It was a pleasure working with Lorraine and have no doubt to recommend her and the Cheam office to anyone needing property services.

Not your Stereotypical Estate agent!
Estate agent stereotypes exist for a reason, many of the agents we looked at when trying to sell our property fell into this category.
Then we found Goodfellows. The team at Goodfellows Cheam, Stefan, Sabrina, and Lorraine were fantastic throughout the whole process of selling and it was certainly a difficult process (all caused by the agent above us).
Despite misinformation, ups and downs in a aggressive market, the team went well above and beyond to help us, keep us sane and when we lost our buyer (due to circumstances well out of anyone’s control) the team had new buyers lined up within 8 hours and we had sold again in a week.
Throughout this, they helped us through everything, including our search and Stefan went well outside his remit chasing down the chain and solicitors when other agents wouldn’t even reply to an email.
Whilst many people will be driven by commission and glossy sales brochures to pick an agent, my advice would be:
“Pick the agent you would be happy to speak to regularly, that you want to do business with and that gives you the feeling that you can trust them”.
We looked at 7 agents and picked Goodfellows for this reason and we did not regret it ever.
There are cheaper and bigger companies, but selling your home is stressful and you need a team that will work for you and with you from start to finish; not just chase the numbers and hands off when an offer is accepted. And as Stefan says “this is a team effort” and it is imperative to have a good team.
In an industry filled with shiny suited sales people, who treat you as if it is a privilege for you to have them charge you, for often doing very little, Goodfellows in Cheam stand, not just head and shoulders above, but on a different level to all the others we looked at.
If you are in their catchment area, I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Actually, just ask if they will help you, even if you’re not in their area. They are that good to work with
