Winkworth Estate Agent in Cheam is a very competent and professional company. Shaun Amner, the Director, and his team acted as my agent for the sale of my family home. They were also the agent for the vendor of the property I wished to purchase. Everything was done accurately and to speed (which was an important demand made by both my buyer and seller). Any questions I had during the conveyancing process were answered quickly and precisely. The team had my full trust and confidence when acting for me. Every individual I dealt with at the office was courteous, knowledgable and always up to speed with the situation on both my sale and purchase at all times, which made for an excellent client experience knowing that I had a cohesive and effective team working for me. If I were asked how Winkworth could improve based on my experience, I would have to say, "It's impossible to improve on perfection!"

Georgie was fantastic in advising us on the pricing and marketing.
Communication is really important when you are selling a house and Kirstie was absolutely brilliant and kept us updated every step of the way even down to chasing solicitors on completion day to make sure everything was running smoothly.
Throughout the whole selling process she provided plenty of feedback from viewings so we knew what areas we could improve to make the property more appealing.
We are so impressed with how professional Winkworth’s were that we are going to use them again in the next few months to market our own property.

I have used Winkworth twice now in the span of 5 years. First to purchase a flat and then to sell the very same one! The team are extremely helpful and Georgie who came over to do the valuation was particularly good. Happy to answer all my questions and also to discuss what price to put it up for.
Shaun and the rest of the team were also good through the process especially with solicitors whowere notoriously difficult to get in touch with. There were moments where I felt I was chasing Winkworth for updates however overall I would say the communication was good.
I would go back to Winkworth if I were to sell in the area again and recommend them in Cheam and the surrounding towns.

Unfortunately when selling our house last year we didn’t have a positive experience with Winkworth. It felt like the property was valued unrealistically high to begin with in order to sign us up, with overinflated levels of confidence. This lead to disappointment and frustration. This may not have been deliberate, but either way the guidance and information we were given was inaccurate. We eventually successfully sold through another estate agent in a much shorter timeframe than what we had tired with Winkworth. Unfortunately Winkworth also lost our house keys, and it took me chasing for them to return our keys for this to come to light. They did eventually agree to getting our lock changed as a result of the lost keys and this was organised swiftly after agreeing to do so, although this was not offered up front, I had to ask for this to be done. Everyone we interacted with was generally friendly but unfortunately based on our experience I couldn’t reccommend using them.

I would highly recommend WinkWorth to anyone buying or selling property in or around Cheam. You don't find many Estate agents better than them in the area.

Georgie Haim breaks the stereotype of the typical estate agent. She is very prompt with answering calls and emails, wasn't pushy when she was showing me around properties. She is very open and honest and I believe her top notch customer service makes her an outstanding estate agent. Unfortunately I found another property through another estate agent but could not recommend Georgie enough! She is a great asset to the Winkworth community.

Georgie Haime was OUTSTANDING through what has been months of a very stressful and complicated exchange process in our chain.
In all honesty, we have never been great fans of estate agents in general but Georgie changed all that. She went above and beyond from day one, chasing, reassuring, keep us updated, getting everything sorted for us. She was honest, showed great initiative and was always able to help in whatever way she could. She would even go out of her way to get things done for us.
She has been our rock through this process, trying not to stress us out too much whilst keeping us up to date with all the complexities of the process.
We would never hesitate to recommend her to anyone and anyone considering Winkworth should ask for Georgie because she really is one of a kind.

Absolutely pethatic experience with them. Been trying to get an appointment to view few rental properties. Called many times, in the past 4 weeks, and everytime we got response that rental team, Sarah, will call us back, but never received any call back. First of all searching for rental properties is not an easy process and on top that estate agents like Winkworth Cheam make it even more difficult. Absolutely hopeless! Please do not go to them for rental properties.

We are in the process of buying a lovely Grade II listed property through Winkworth. We met Georgie from Winkworth at the property, both my husband and I were amazed at her enthusiasm especially, as we were the last one to view the property on that cold day and it was already 4.30pm on a Saturday . Though Georgie had been at the property for well over 2 hours she showed no slackness in waking us through all the rooms and explaining all the details. Ever since, we had done more than 6 visits to the property for various surveys and on every occasion Georgie was not just kind, she was very accommodating and be present at the property with the same enthusiasm and smile . As it was any Grade II listed property this one came with a lot of challenges, Georgie patiently understood the problems and the process from the consultants whom we invited to the property. On top of all the above, Georgie had the key skill to identify a potential buyer and work to make it to completion. I should say that without Georgie we would have struggled to be where we are now with the purchase. Thank you Georgie , you have been a star and people like you make a huge difference not just to your employer but also to us, the general public. Thank you once again for all your help and wishing you all the best in all your future sales.

I have been to view a flat in Sutton on Saturday 23 of March 2018 without even a email or text message with the full address and confirmation of view appointment.I tried my luck and i was happy because The staff attended the view. After i seen the flat , apparently i felt undecided to take or not the property . After 10 minutes while i discussed with my husband we said that this flat is suitable for us and decide to start the procedure . I called Kate which attended the view and i confirmed i will take the property. She said by Monday we will have a call back because they have to talk with the Landlord . Monday i struggled together with my husband to find out why Kate didn’t called back and i left numerous messages to the reception for Kate to call me back , which unfortunately didn’t happened. Today( Tuesday ) i called again and the staff mentioned that property was given to someone else without even a reason why they confirmed in the previous days that property will
be kept for us and Kate is in Annual
Leave. I don’t recommend this agency and who looking for a property please avoid this kind of people! Highly unprofessional! I don’t wish
for anybody else to have this bad experience!

Had the property on the market and within days we had a buyer. Georgie was a star she put up with our eccentric ways and we had a good laugh every time she called. I would not only recommend Winkworth but ask for Georgie by name if you need and estate agent you won't go wrong.
