I give 2 starts as flats are stunning, excellent views, amazing and we have very good amenities. Unfortunately management is very poor and may ruin any good experience you may have. I complained about management regarding a pet license requested under special circumstances and they only replied when I left a bad public review. They requested me to remove the review rather than attending my request!! They blamed the freeholders in the meantime. They assured they passed the request to freeholders but it seems that it's taking forever. It needs to be noticed that I'm making my request following the right procedure. There are loads of pets in the building owned by tenants that don't seem to require anything. If you are a temporary resident and want to play entitled to anything with no respect to others, this is the place to come. Unprofessional, client support does not have a number, only an e-mail address that they do no respond to.
I live in a building that CPL supports, both the AC and windows are broken for more than 10 days and they did no fix it nor respond to my request with any useful information.
I would not recommend it.... Read more
