I have been dealing with this agent for years. very very poor service. Awful services. Very unprofessional, by not responding. even the phone number never ent through. they are horrible. The deposit takes ages to refund. They charge unreasonable maintenance price for everything within the flat. They have really bad reputation among the chinese.

One of the worst in London. They postponed the move in date to clean, but then we walked in the apartment was unlivable and the toilet was broken and leaking downstairs. We had been at the agency that same morning and they had fully neglected to tell us. The place stinks of smoke, they wont answer our calls. We have issues with the wifi and they ignore our calls and messages. Don’t contact them, they are one of the worst agencies I’ve dealt with, just simply call their phone it isn’t even activated

The professional and friendly service I received from CHAMPS, Annie An made the process of selling my property much easier. Even working within the COVID restrictions, Annie maintained constant contact to ensure that the sale went through as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Annie from CHAMPS property .

Champs agent(Aragorn Ho) misguided me by saying studio flat(suite) as One bed room flat. And the agent never gave the complete details. On the website advertisement, they have mentioned gym, swimming pool etc but they never mentioned it would take 2 years for the development. And if I ask for any clarification, he always responded rudely. Very bad experience. Make sure you check everything in detail before paying any deposit to CHAMPS.

My shower handler spoilt on the first day of the third lock-down and I could not shower as a result. I was worried that I won't be able to have a shower for a while as the handler might be fixed quickly, considering the pandemic situation. I got in contact with Maggie of the Property Management to report about the issue. Maggie asked that I send him the pictures via CHAMPS app of what was wrong with the shower handler and that he would get in contact with the Landlord as soon as possible to resolve the issue. To my greatest delight, I got a call from a Plumber (whom had been contacted by Maggie) that the handler would be changed and the issue was resolved the next day. Maggie made sure that I was kept informed of the whole process. Really happy to finally be able to have a shower

We have just had an offer accepted and purchased and can honestly say so far it has been a pleasure to deal with Annie An. She was brilliant showing us around extremely knowledgable and helpful and was super quick and efficient dealing with our offer. We are so pleased and happy to have found the perfect flat and just pray that the rest of the purchase goes as smoothly.

Although I didn't purchase the property I was interested into, Annie and the rest of the Champs were excellent throughout the whole process. Annie was always very patient and willing to respond to my (many) queries as a first time buyer and went over the extra mile by providing spot on advice. She also kept the right balance by being very helpful without being too pushy. Even though I didn’t purchase the property, she still behaved nice and offered me many advice and helps.
