Very good agency, Joanna and Amy where always on hand to help with any problems, that be over the phone or through email. They have a real sense of the needs and wants of their clients, we booked a viewing for a flat and Joanna also wanted to show us a house, we saw both properties and we loved the house much more than the property we originally wanted to see. A week later we rebooked a viewing and saw the house a second time! We are all moving in next week and are beyond excited. I would definitely recommend. With any questions we had, we received a response quickly and with an answer. Overall, this is definitely an agency that understand you as an individual and stand in your corner to find you the best place to live.

Grace from 1st Avenue was very helpful during my property search. She was able to find properties within budget and arrange for viewings at convenient times! She's quick to respond and always does. We are now subject to contract.

As for Helen she is much the same as Grace, but she was able to handle a delicate situation with tact and good humour!

I would recommend them both for their friendliness and down to earth approach.
