Penny was the absolute best and still is. I had another flat with a different agency that I was about to make a offer on but I decided to go with the 1stavenue not just because of the flat but because of how nice and open Penny was. She came through as very honest and was so helpful. Even when I wanted to view the flat again, she made sure she booked me in and even helped with rearranging the furniture just because I wanted to see how it would look and she didn’t make one single fuss. She’s definitely a great asset to the business, she deserves a salary increase just for the fact that she’s gone above and beyond her job description.
