The team at Changing Hines were friendly approachable and on the ball. The predation of the house including the video recording was excellent.
They valued the house in the correct price bracket which we got and also their costings were very reasonable.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who is selling.

As a Landlord we decided to lower our exposure to the rental market with all the changes going on. Changing homes Chester look after our rentals and so asked them to organise putting one up for sale. They found a buyer and completed in 8 weeks even in this volatile market getting 100% of asking price. We have used them for about 8 years on lettings and could not be happier with the level of service and professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend them to any potential landlords or for buying or selling houses.

We'd viewed the house but our offer wasn't enough. Some weeks later the house surprisingly came on the market again. Changing Homes rang us IMMEDIATELY and fully supported our efforts to buy the house.
The upshot was that we moved in within a month.

I have dealt with Changing Homes, in particular Jeremy, Andrew and Glenda in the renting of the above property from 2013, they have always given me a very professional services and have matched my criteria to excellent tenants. In late June we decided to test the selling market and the house was sold sct within a couple of weeks. Glenda particularly was extremely helpful and had an excellent rapport with both myself and the buyer which added to the smooth completion of sale last week. Can not recommend this small player in a big world enough. Excellent professional service at all times with ‘real’ caring people. Thank you ????
