As a Landlord we decided to lower our exposure to the rental market with all the changes going on. Changing homes Chester look after our rentals and so asked them to organise putting one up for sale. They found a buyer and completed in 8 weeks even in this volatile market getting 100% of asking price. I have dealt with Changing Homes, in particular Jeremy, Andrew and Glenda in the renting of the above property from 2013, they have always given me a very professional services and have matched my criteria to excellent tenants. In late June we decided to test the selling market and the house was sold sct within a couple of weeks. Glenda particularly was extremely helpful and had an excellent rapport with both myself and the buyer which added to the smooth completion of sale last week.
