It’s taken 18 months to sell our house due to market conditions and the uncertainty in the economy. But we’ve stuck with Currans as we trusted them and had faith that if anyone could get a sale they could. We haven’t been disappointed. They have a fantastic sales team and their marketing/ photography is on point. You get that personal service with Currans and nothing was too much trouble. They have all been great but one agent in particular (Matt) has gone above and beyond to help us, sending messages in the evenings, or on his day off whenever he got updates, putting our mind at rest , calming me down and reassuring me when I though it was never going to happen! All done with care and professionalism. I highly recommend this Agency to sell your home taking care of every detail. We can’t thank you enough for being on this journey with us

Currans Unique have been faultless from start to finish when selling my house. The care and attention to detail when taking photos and videos was second to none. I was kept up to date throughout the viewing process, with feedback calls after each and every viewing. A sale at near asking price was agreed within a month. Ella at Currans is super knowledgeable, friendly and gets things done quickly and efficiently. The fees were a bit higher than their competitors but worth every penny. I really couldn’t recommend them any more and will use them again in the future.

Beginning to end he was nothing but a gentleman and a very professional sales negotiator. He worked with us for 16 weeks until unfortunately the seller backed out at exchange of contracts.

So basically I went on the wrong bus and happened to be around there place so I was panicking and crying because I didn’t know what to do so I called my mum but then she answered I told her what was happening and she was shook until one of the people asked me if I was ok which I wasn’t so she took me in and then asked me what happened so then I told her and then some other members started to help but then the man said he would take me back in his car which I am so thankful I say there should be more people like them so thank you

I really don’t understand why this company is positively reviewed. My experience was pretty bad.
I had to chase several times to have my 3 apartments valued. I eventually received a half-arsed valuation without an explanation or follow up call. When I queried the valuation on email, I didn’t get a response.
Their website says they’re “dedicated to providing you with a remarkable experience”. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Multiple complaints about this organisation: (1) accepted vendor's potty requirements to vet enquirers before allowing them to see details of their property, (2) failed to follow clear instruction from an enquirer to remove all record of their details, sending them subsequent advertising email in what would appear to be a clear GDPR failure and (3) beginning that email with the salutation "Hey, [First Name],......."

Fantastic experience, did not disappoint at any stage. We chose Currans largely because we liked their fresh approach to how they market properties. We'd watched how they promoted other properties for several months on Instagram and TikTok, with a big emphasis on video, and we really liked how they work. A great team of professionals who know the Chester housing market well and they delivered for us in record time - 14 days from 1st viewing to exchange of contracts, which we've been told is their new record! Fantastic experience with Currans Unique . From initial contact with John & Lisa the whole team were extremely professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Full of praise for the entire team at Currans. Lisa and John captured my home beautifully and I loved that they arranged for their writer to contact me to talk about what it’s like living in the home. Nothing was too much trouble, The entire team go above and beyond in terms of client care and are respectful to the family living in the home whilst being absolutely determined to sell it . Initially we dealt with Lisa and John, who spent lots of time explaining how they would market our property. Within 2 weeks we initially sold our house but unfortunately, it fell through (no fault of anyone's). It was put back on the market prior to Christmas and within a week we got further viewings and a couple of offers. During the second lot of viewings, Lucy looked after us and again she was amazing. I don’t usually leave reviews but it was the least I could do in appreciation for their efforts. Currans Unique put as much care and passion into marketing my property as I have in renovating it. I didn’t look elsewhere because no other agent in the area market properties like Currans Unique to the same level and as a result, I received full asking on the first day off viewings. Moving on from marketing, the customer service is on point and just can’t be faulted. With an agency that takes marketing to another level in comparisons to other agents in the Chester area, I was expecting to pay a premium for this, however I was pleasantly surprised to find out that their fees are very competitive. Curran's team is nothing short but incredible, they were very efficient in all our enquiries , it is really what makes them stand out from any other estate agents in Chester , the way they handled our purchase was instrumental up until completion . Their customer service is second to none , and when troubles arise, they were able to navigate with us with solutions , communicating with the solicitor and the seller promptly and you need someone who is going to successfully negotiate on your behalf and who you and others trust. They fail to call you back when you leave a message on their answer machine. Properties you have appointments to see have SSTC on them on Rightmove the day before you're supposed to be viewing them and when you call they make up some excuse that they were about to call you! They need to invest in some staff training.
