Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property.
Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'.
The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

Not many viewings. Didn’t like the presentation of the walk around video. Floor plan incorrect. Person dealing with never available to take my calls. Poor communication.

We have recently sold our house through Currans and we can’t praise them highly enough. The online house photos, video and details were all excellent. Ashley and the team dealt with everything very professionally. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the years and can say without a doubt that Currans have been the best estate agents. Our only regret is that we have moved out of the area and can’t use them next time!

Absolutely fabulous professional caring reliable trustworthy and approachable.I’ve had a roller coaster selling my home sold twice and unfortunately fell through no fault of my own.Staff particularly Meg and Ashley worked incredibly hard to achieve a sale.Meg particularly was very caring professional approachable and patience .Thankyou to all the team so much particularly in this unprecedented time.
