I have recently purchase a house and Mackenzie Sampson was the estate agent I purchased this through. I had been dealing with John throughout and when it came down to the point of exchange and it nearly coming to the point of falling through above our purchase, John was amazing and kept me updated through out and ultimately, the sale only completed because of the work John put in. We approached this Estate Agent after failing to sell with a previous company. John Mackenzie came to our house for a valuation and was very honest by informing us that the house had been over priced, but not by very much, by the previous agent. He explained how buyers today do their research, and compare similar properties online themselves to get a rough idea what they can get for their money. We therefore took his advice and put the house on the market at the price he recommended. Two days later he and his team came to the house and took some very professional photos and completed a floor plan. Their overall attitude was extremely positive and they showed genuine interest in our house, and asked lots of questions so they were fully appraised if they were to show potential buyers around. on the first weekend there were several viewings and we had an offer which was the asking price, and this was at a time when the markets have started to calm after the frenzy of the last year or two. The communication and feedback from this Agency has been second to none, and we were never kept in the dark about anything, and never had the need to call them for information. The fee was very reasonable and agreed at the beginning. John also put us in touch with a good solicitor, who completed things so fast that we for a moment thought we wouldn't have time to find our next home, but all has worked out. I would highly recommend selling your house with this company as we were made to feel that we were valued customers, they are very honest, enthusiastic and they get the job done.... Read more
