Shoutout to Debbie and Danielle, they have been very lovely and supportive when we need some assistance within the flat. Very kind and understanding people. From flat 11 Nightingale House.
16th Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)This is a addition to my previous review left 2 years ago. We have bought the property through Clarendons and I can not recommend them enaugh. Especially Jordan who was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much for him and he did everything in order for our sale to be completed as soon as possible. Professional yet very friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with Clarendons, everyone was friendly and professional. I was very surprised when moved in to receive a welcome box with goodies inside. Never seen any other agencies doing that.

As first time buyers, the helped guide us through the process, were informative, and also very accommodating with facilitating multiple viewings of our now home. Milly was great at keeping both buyer and seller side updated on progress, and would chase both sides when bumps in the road occurred. Highly recommend! Thanks.

Olivia was very communicative and transparent about the letting process which helped us set expectations and secure a suitable property with favourable terms. Personally, this has been the best encounter with a real estate agent and company in the UK in my 10+ years of renting.

Communication has been great, with particular thanks to Charlotte; a friendly voice at the end of the phone leaving us fully confident that whatever has needed to be done has been sorted with care.
