Absolutely useless when it comes to property management. I've had an ongoing issue with mould due to failed damp proofing for 2 months. I still don't have an agreed solution. Definitely don't rent through Hamptons if you can avoid it.

The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with, very poor customer service, I had put an offer on a property which I liked and they told me that they would get back to me on the day that I had put the offer. However, they didn't get back to me for a week and I was very disappointed with their appalling customer service. I tried to phone them numerous times but I was getting conflicting messages from lots of members of staff and I was confused to which one was true. When the right member of staff got back to me he told me to wait for longer since someone else was interested in the house and they were hoping the person would perhaps offer more money. He had told me he would get back to me after the weekend so the owner could think about it, however, when it was Monday, they told me that the owner had not got back to them and they were still waiting for a response. Also, they told me that on Wednesday they had a viewing booked for someone else so I had to wait for even longer. After that, they didn't get back to me at all and I didn't hear anything from them until I took matters into my own hands and phoned them up to ask them if they were going to accept my offer but got a response saying that they had already sold the house to someone else and they had already instructed a solicitor. Appalling. Absolutely Appalling. I would of thought as a standard procedure that they would have sent me a formal letter telling me but I didn't receive anything in writing but just a curt conversation on the phone. i shall never buy a house through Freeman Forman Tunbridge Wells ever again and I strongly suggest that no one uses this as it is a rip off and they have appalling customer service.
I sold my property at the end of November with Connells and received great support from both Matt and Hamish. It was a difficult personal situation which they both understood and did their utmost to sell as quickly as possible for me at the best price. Very grateful for all their help! Thank you.
Absolutely horrible service. I rented the flat on 20 of August with Connels. After i had moved , i reported them some faults in the property. How many times i called and emailed i could not count but they did not call me back or reply my email back then i pop in the their office i tried to explain my issues. There was nobody from letting team they said and eventually! They called me back. I told her my issues and wanted to cancel my home insurance policy and she said to me "i should have canceled my direct debit without tell up anything. Can you believe that ?! Bizarre !She thought i was a young and forgein man and i did not know how it works in this country.!!" The last conversation was a week ago and i m still waiting they are going to sort it out !! ridiculous and unresponsible services. Thank for your great professionalism !!
Ask Right Move for a second opinion on our 'Right to buy' valuation given to us. Lee presented lots of evidence to assist us and ever provided a property appraisal - for FREE!!! He was very polite and helpful.
This branch told a tenant they could stay in my property at the same rent and after the contract had finished even those I had asked them to increase the rent after they initially set it up write g for a 6mth upfront contract.
The tenants then stayed or 6mths not paying any rent at all after Id had to serve them their notice due to the lower rent not covering the mortgage.
This branch then knowing this re rented them to another unsuspecting landlord.
So be warned
