I'd recommend Charles Faye to anyone and everyone.
When you go in to the shop, everyone is always smiling. A very happy and cheery workforce and nothing is ever too much trouble. (Even locking myself out the house and having to borrow their spare to get back in ????????)
I found a rental property that I really liked just on a whimp passing the shop one day back in November 2023.
All the paperwork was sorted so so quickly. They worked around my dates and times the whole time without any issues or communication issues. Everything was so clear and easy to understand from the get go. I moved in on a date that I set. Was perfect right before Xmas to. 4 months happy and alot more to come.
I cannot thank the team enough.

Absolute waste of time.
Had a viewing scheduled for one of the properties and I told the agent that it’s quite far away for me over 2.5 hour drive.
First of all they didn’t bother send over the full address and on the day of the viewing when I was nearly there some rude woman called me to tell me that the viewing is cancelled 15 minutes before the appointment time !!
No apology, no explanation, didn’t even try to arrange different time/date.
All she said before slamming the phone was “I only just found out” as is this going to make the situation better.
If this is how they treat their prospective customers imagine how will they treat you after you actually sign any contract with them.
I’m key mouse company.
Only good thing is that the properties they list do not seem to be exclusive to them.
If you like one check if other agencies also have them and go anywhere else but those jokers.

We have just purchased a flat in Calne with the help of the guys at Charles Faye and I must say, it was a pleasure doing business with them. Louise and Emma were extremely professional in assisting us with all the issues involved in buying a new property. Their local knowledge and experience was a godsend. Moving home is a stressful ordeal but we found the right property at the right price using the right Estate Agent, Charles Faye. I chose Charles Faye as the estate agent to sell the property as they came across as professional and approachable, but most of all they were straightforward and honest. Selling a property normally means going through ups and downs, but Emma and Louise and the helpful office staff made the whole thing relatively smooth and the sale went through without any major hiccups. Emma remained in regular contact throughout the process which meant everything went as efficiently as possible. I would recommend Charles Faye as reliable agency; they were a pleasure to deal with.

Had an email from a Hannah Knight on Saturday regarding a rental property we loved! Emailed straight back and no response and now the listing has been taken down. I understand if the property had been taken, however basic customer service is to respond!
