Have just completed on a property with the help of Claire at Blueleaf Property.
Claire was really friendly and honest throughout, no tacky sales pitches, and none of the deceit, BS, insincerity and lies that I have encountered with other estate agents in the area.
Claire worked hard in assisting in getting the sale through. Claire even had to frequently push my solicitor for updates on my behalf, after weeks/months of no contact.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Blueleaf property to any prospective buyer.

I unfortunately found myself in a situation where I had to look for a new place to live after separating from my long term partner, so as you can imagine this was a rather traumatic & emotional time for myself having to be forced into moving when I really didn't want too!
The whole process with Blueleaf Property, especially dealing with Claire, from start to finish was made as easy & stress free as possible. From the initial enquiry when I found somewhere I was interested in, right up to the day I moved in. They kept me informed along the way & I never had to ring them to chase anything up.
For anyone that has rented before you will know how stressful it can be waiting to be the 'chosen' one & then going through the traumatic part of the referencing side of a new tenancy. In fact the whole referencing side of things took hours rather than days to complete which made things my side a whole lot smoother & stress free, so thank you so much.
Everyone at Blueleaf that I have had dealings with, Claire, Simon & Alistair were so calm & patient with me - even with me asking hundreds of questions about measuring up the living room space to see what furniture I could fit in & also about the size of the fridge/freezer space.
On the day I moved in Simon was so calm & patient & showed me round the house again & was extremely thorough when it came to the meter readings & showing me how to test the smoke & carbon monoxide alarms.
Even after I had moved in & checked the inventory & noticed some small maintenance issues, someone turned up within a couple of days to have a look, so I feel totally confident that any issues I have in the future will be rectified quickly & efficiently.

Nothing more to be said than smooth, slick, responsive and supportive. Alistair, Simon and the team helped us to get the listing up and find the perfect tenants to look after the house. Even with some small hiccups the fact that the team were there for us and helped us out shows the outstanding service they give. Would we recommend Blueleaf, ?????? we would. When looking for an agent to market, assist and generally remove the stress and strain of operating a “buy-2-let” property a good friend recommend the services of Blueleaf Property, and what a good friend she was, indeed. We engaged with the team from front of house, through to services and legal and I cannot speak highly enough of everyone we dealt with across the business. We had some minor corrections required to ensure a healthy and safe property would attracted the widest field of applicant and the team ensure the relevant trades carried out the work to a high standard and at a fair price. While looking for potential properties to move in I came across one advertised by Blueleaf Property. Based on past experiences with letting agents and since this was the first house I was viewing, I didn't expect much.

What a lovely agency to work with. Simon showed us around some properties as we had been served our section 21 notice by our previous landlord. We were running out of time and would be homeless. Simon made us feel at ease and the whole team were all very helpful.
We have now been in our current property with Blueleaf Property for 6 months and they are great. Really helpful and informative. Plus any Maintenance that needs doing is delt with quickly.
We would rate blueleaf to anybody we know that is looking for a property to rent or landlord to manage their property for renting.
