Hugo, Charlotte and the team were utmost helpful in finding and securing a property for my family in Chelsea. We look forward to a good relationship during the years of tenancy. UPDATE: Reduced the stars to 2 stars because, although the agents were amazing to deal with a search, the entire move-in process has been dreadful. The check-in was a disaster, with the agency asking for it to be moved to later in the afternoon. Our movers were already stomping at the door at the previously agreed time. The check-in clean was done so poorly that we even found remaining items from the previous tenant in some cupboards! The agreed upon cleaning of the gutters and outside of the windows was not completed - and still isn't after nearly a month. We are following up and nothing is happening. The clerk found mould all over the property and there are several active leaks. None of which the agency is handling. As a landlord, I would not recommend Marsh & Parsons to handle my property. They clearly have not followed up on the clauses in the previous rental agreement ("windows must be cleaned on an annual basis" for example - there is moss growing on the windows!) and the property has dilapidated under their "care". The gutters are misaligned and rain water splutters and spits onto the rendering, which is now broken off in several places and cracking in others. The landlord was shocked to hear of the mould and leaks (one of which, I pointed out during the viewing, who assured me it "was nothing").... Read more

I am addressing the heads of Marsh & Parsons to express my pleasant experience with Wesley Garcia, the office manager at the Chelsea Marsh & Parsons rental branch. Wesley was extremely helpful, friendly, attentive and always responsive whenever I needed her even outside of working hours. While at first I was hesitant to the repeated phone calls of the agencies offering to offer me their services, I chose to work with Wesley who convinced me with her place that she believed what she was telling me. She found me - apparently - very good tenants who now take care of my apartment as if it were their own. She even cleaned up the mess left behind by my previous tenants which unfortunately I was not informed about by the previous agency I used in the area which as you can imagine left me in a very distressed and vulnerable situation as I live abroad which prevented me from supervising personally. Wesley spent over 3 hours on the property making sure it was back to original condition to ensure a smooth handover to my new tenants who are also very pleased. Please send her a big "thank;s" for her hard work but also for the confidence she inspires that she will be by my side if needed. I would recommend her to any Landlord looking to rent out their property or vice versa and receive such high quality service and maximum facilities. Seriously the worst agency I have ever dealt with, ever, would give them 0 stars if I could. They have been nothing but useless, from the agent being incredibly unprofessional while trying to help me find a flat, to the manager dealing with me moving out of the flat after the end of the tenancy being completely oblivious to my case. Its been 2 months since I've moved out and I'm still dealing with them as I have yet to receive my deposit back. The manager has done absolutely nothing. Terrible and incredibly unprofessional service, they don't care about their clients, and there is no communication efficiency within Marsh & Parsons at all. I have been very disappointed as a buyer with this company. There was no communication when we completed on our new home and they appear to be disinterested. I have asked them by email and by phone three times to remove our property from the internet but this seems to be a problem for them to do. Not sure what the issue is. I think staffing, or training or just a don't care attitude. I would certainly worry if I was looking to sell my property through this company. Maybe that is why the property I bought had been on for sale for so long and the vendor had to suffer several price reductions. In this market buyers are very important to look after. Maybe a senior member of management should review their processes.... Read more
