I struck gold when I found Christopher's Estate Agents. Other local agents seemed disinterested and gave very poor assessments of the property but from the outset Heather and Chris were friendly , efficient and very knowledgeable. Within 5 days the property had a great offer accepted offer on it. What then ensued was a nightmare due to family illness and the purchaser's extremely difficult solicitor, though the purchaser was fine. I honestly don't think we would have got through it without the kind support combined with communication skills and generally 'being on the ball' that Chris and Heather demonstrated. He helped at every point he could to nudge the completion along and more than accommodated additional viewings of the property to prepare for renovations post completion.
