I struck gold when I found Christopher's Estate Agents. Other local agents seemed disinterested and gave very poor assessments of the property but from the outset Heather and Chris were friendly , efficient and very knowledgeable. Within 5 days the property had a great offer accepted offer on it. What then ensued was a nightmare due to family illness and the purchaser's extremely difficult solicitor, though the purchaser was fine. I honestly don't think we would have got through it without the kind support combined with communication skills and generally 'being on the ball' that Chris and Heather demonstrated. I could not recommend them enough. Having been through many house sales, they are the best agents I have ever come across.

Christopher and Heather were excellent.
We appreciated their honesty when valuing our property to sell, which from start to finish took 6 weeks. They were easy to talk to, very helpful and kept their "eye on the ball" throughout the whole sales process; keeping us informed every step of the way and chasing other parties where and when necessary. They were extremely professional and we cannot recommend them high enough. We've bought and sold a few properties and can honestly say that this is the best Estate Agents that we have used.

We bought our house through Christopher's South Hams. Chris and Heather guided us through the purchase process and were unfailingly helpful, we can't thank them enough. All in all, house buying was made easy for us, and on picking up the keys, we were also given a goody box containing a Devon cream tea, very yummy! I recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

We chose Christopher's as our Estate Agent because we wanted a local South Hams Company. We had lived in Sussex for the last 42 years so had no current local knowledge.
Having now sold the property via Christopher's we recommend them highly
Chris and Heather were friendly and professional recommending a programme of actions to achieve our asking price. We were kept appraised of actions, and they sought our approval when necessary. They took the burden and dealt with the worries.
They did an excellent job. One of the best decisions we made.
