I struck gold when I found Christopher's Estate Agents. Other local agents seemed disinterested and gave very poor assessments of the property but from the outset Heather and Chris were friendly , efficient and very knowledgeable. Within 5 days the property had a great offer accepted offer on it. What then ensued was a nightmare due to family illness and the purchaser's extremely difficult solicitor, though the purchaser was fine. I honestly don't think we would have got through it without the kind support combined with communication skills and generally 'being on the ball' that Chris and Heather demonstrated. I could not recommend them enough. Having been through many house sales, they are the best agents I have ever come across.... Read more
