6th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Overall Falcon were good but did not do some of the marketing they had suggested they would do. For example they did not hold any open days as they had suggested they would. The property sold after only about 4 viewings in the 5 months it was on the market. Once the offer was accepted, Falcon were helpful and efficient.

From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive to our needs and truly went above and beyond at every stage. When we experienced delays and poor communication from our conveyancer, Louis stepped in without hesitation, helping to move things forward and keep the transaction on track. His proactive approach made a real difference and significantly reduced what could have been a very stressful situation. What really stood out was how patient and supportive he was throughout the process. He always gave us the space to make decisions in our own time, and no question was ever too much trouble. The level of service we received was second to none. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Louis and the team at Hindhead to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

A lovely welcome box with the keys as a bonus.- 9th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)excellent sales preparation. produced an outstanding brochure, and after just 3 days live, a handful of viewers received the first of 3 offers. Just 5 days of viewing in total and 2 full guide price offers. The most expensive option, but with faultless handling of the sale, and reassured that should things not go as planned, they will quickly have other interested buyers lined up.

Their service was very professional and they were also very accommodating in arranging short-notice second viewings. Throughout the process, they have very much worked for us to get us to completion, proactively engaging with others in the chain. A big thank you to Nancy in particular - she was very tenacious and nothing was to much trouble.

Throughout all the staff at MT acted in a discretely professional manner, they are all knowledgable and helpful all the time without in an way being pushy unlike some of the more “got to get a sale” breed of Estate Agents. Everyone was great and it was simply a joy to buy my new abode from them. I was kept well informed throughout and never felt neglected. 4th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Absolutely zero communication after expressing interest in a property, despite chasing several times..politely. Thankfully, I wasn't in a rush or desperate unlike most people unfortunately are. Assured I would be called back/contacted, which had been to no avail. Wouldn't approach them again, if god forbid, I did find myself in a desperate situation.
4th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)I would highly recommend Christopher's to sell your property. From the moment I made the enquiry about putting property on the market until sold I cannot fault the service. Regular emails keeping us informed of what was happening on a regular basis. Queries answered quickly and clearly. There is another tree on Dartmoor now thanks to Chris and also the rugby club are a £100 better off as this is his commitment for every property sold . Always friendly and approachable and very knowledgeable re the property market and the local area as they should be. Thankyou
