8th Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)Have popped 2 offers in on houses with Connells one I never heard anything back and property marked STC. The second offer popped in and asked if higher came in to come back to me, never heard anything again and house marked STC. I wouldn’t sell my house with them as don’t think they would try to get the best price.
3rd Jun 2024 (7 mo. ago)Selling and buying don't think I'd recommend them don't seem interested in helping you buy a property even the Selling side is awful. Put in an offer for a property and no communication at all even when there Selling your property with them

Amy (mortgage adv.) did a fantastic job of guiding me through the process. Amy was always prompt with answering any issues or queries that might spring up and made the journey much less stressful than I was expecting. Highly recommended! 2nd Dec 2024 (8 weeks ago)I had the pleasure of dealing with Andy and his wonderful team during the sale of my late mothers property. I live 250 miles away so made several appointments of Kingsbridge agents from random listing's including Kingsbridge Estate Agents. From the get go Andy just came across as a "no problem" sort of guy. As I'm so far away I needed a totally managed sale from my agent. Andy organised cleaners, house clearance people, and gardeners for me and managed to make the house clean and saleable. He then proceeded to market the house at a fair price and it was sold within days. His team were always available to chat things through and a real pleasure to deal with. I always felt he had my back and was pushing for me at all times. The day before the sale completed I drove down to Kingsbridge to say goodbye to the house and I popped into the office. I was greeted like an.old friend, and was immediately recognized despite only having met the once. Long review but 5* service needs to be acknowledged- 24th Jan 2024 (11 mo. ago)I would highly recommend Marchand Petit, they have been brilliant all the way through our house hunting journey, with plenty of patience and good advice over the months. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and all the staff have a lovely disposition that makes them very approachable (which is certainly not a given in the business!)

9th Jan 2025 (15 days ago)The property we found in Devon was through Luscombe Maye and we were really impressed with the estate agent. We mainly dealt with the Branch Manager Elly Stevens who was so helpful throughout the process and always dealt with our queries promptly and efficiently. The other members of the agency were also friendly and professional with any assistance we needed. The sales process had its hiccups along the way but with Elly’s support she managed to get us over the line, and we were in our dream home for Christmas. Well done team Luscombe Maye in Modbury - excellent service!

The whole process was made significantly easier by the excellent staff and especially Antonia and Denise. Our particular transaction was quite tricky at times but Luscombe Maye helped to get the deal over the line by chasing solicitors and maintaining excellent communication between ourselves and the Vendor. We can wholeheartedly recommend Luscombe Maye to anyone buying or selling property within the South Hams as they are a pleasure to deal with and provide an exceptional service.
13th Jan 2025 (11 days ago)Dreadful communication skills with absolute disrespect shown to potential clients. What communication you do get comes with a rather healthy dose of poetic licence. I wouldn't recommend anyone list their properties with this agent especially if you value manners and efficiency.

27th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!
11th Jun 2024 (7 mo. ago)The Pilkington sales agent was very enthusiastic and confident and the outcome was that they achieved their valuation. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
