Previous horrendous experiences (with other firms) make me wary!- 24th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)I would highly recommend Marchand Petit, they have been brilliant all the way through our house hunting journey, with plenty of patience and good advice over the months. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and all the staff have a lovely disposition that makes them very approachable (which is certainly not a given in the business!)
18th Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)Avoid wether buying or selling! Wanted to buy and had offer accepted on a property with stipulation to remove from market before I'd proceed. After many weeks the property was still listed on the market but agents started demanding I proceed anyway, they even contacted my solicitor & lied saying I'd said to proceed. I made a fresh offer emphasising my stipulation to remove from market but they refused to put it forward to the vendor. Obviously the sale is not going ahead now. Very poor communication, no single point of contact, always a different employee emailing, cold, aggressive, rude and overall very confusing.

I would like to mention Ela who was outstanding with the negotiations between myself and my buyers making the whole progress for the sale run smoothly. great service thank you Ali and the team .

However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

I never said there was one in my name specifically. Try searching for a property with constant leaks, no hot water and now a chimney that's about to fall off and kill someone. So, maybe sort your properties out, rather than trying to dismiss a genuine review on Google. *If you rent a home from them, make sure they don't manage it! Wow, beyond a joke. They NEVER sort anything that is important or answer questions. Wish we never used.*
