Stuart, Natalie and the team were incredible throughout our buying and selling experience. Not only did they achieve the price we wanted for our property, but they assisted us in finding our home that far exceeded our expectations for our budget. After we had accepted an offer for our property, we viewed almost 30 houses until we found the home for us. At no point did we feel pressure from the Millington Tunnicliff team to proceed with a house that wasn’t quite right for us, I am not sure you could say the same for other estate agents in the area. Thank you to the team at Millington Tunnicliff for your patience and help. After a stressful year of many unexpected delays, we finally completed on our purchase! The delays were nothing to do with Millington Tunnicliff, unfortunately one link in the chain had some incompetent solicitors and estate agents. We were shown around by Janice initially, and from then Nigel, Stuart and Amanda helped with answering my 'silly' questions, always replied to my emails quickly and generally made me feel at ease every time we spoke. Although I'm glad we have finally moved in, I will miss communicating with the team. Thank you all again for your help, and sorry again for getting you involved with such nonsense on one side of the chain!

I live 200 miles away from Ivybridge and was interested in getting an estimated value on my fathers property due to his illness.Stuart Millington arranged to meet me at the property and was prompt, polite and extremely professional.
He forwarded a valuation estimate as promised and quoted the cost to sell.
My brother and I agreed to these terms and Stuart arranged for the bungalow to be advertised.
Throughout the initial viewing process and eventual quick sale communication from Stuart , Nigel and Amanda was fantastic.
I cannot recommend the team highly enough.
