If you’re considering working with Christophers, go for it - you won’t regret it!
Always professional, communicative and friendly, as well as hugely knowledgeable e.g. Paul Beevers, with his background in Law, could speak “legalese” with the solicitors.
We instructed Christophers with the sale of our first home and the house we were purchasing was marketed by another estate agent. While it doesn’t feel right or necessary to name and shame another company in a review, I will say that we usually got off the phone with the other company feeling panic and conversely, after speaking with Paul and the team at Christophers, we were always reassured. At crucial times, it felt like they were doing more to push through the purchase of our new home for us (although they were only instructed with the sale) all while never coming across as “pushy” or your stereotypical salesmen type estate agents. I only mention this because seeing the way other companies work made us realise how lucky we were with Christophers!
Also, we had accepted an offer within 2 weeks!
We would work with Christophers again and recommend them without hesitation.

We recently bought a house through Christopher's Estate Agents in Helston. What should have been a relatively easy process turned out to become very stressful.
I must add this was through no fault of Christopher's, they were helpful, supportive and went above and beyond in many ways.
The manager Ian was exceptional, working to get the sell through and keeping us updated at each stage.
We would highly recommend Christopher's at Helston Ian and his staff were superb in every way.

If you're looking for local knowledge, industry experience, attention to detail, great customer support and reassurance throughout the process then I strongly recommend Christophers. If you would like to sell your house use this company. As a buyer this company took us seriously from the outset we found many other estate agents especially the national companies did not and in turn we ended up walking away from properties we liked just because of the service and manner we were treated and dealt with . So when we sell I will be using this company as I know they will get the sale through at the right price and treat all potential buyers seriously.
A special mention to Paul who was extremely polite and very easy to deal with.
Thanks to the whole team for getting local first time buyers into a local property.

All the staff in the Helston office, were there for us all the time; a brilliant team. We had a truly fantastic service from Christopher's, from arranging the initial viewings to submitting our offer and purchasing our new home. They were so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, sorting out access for surveyors and other professionals and making sure we were fully updated. They liaised with the seller promptly and updated us quickly, Allan even called us after hours on a Friday evening to let us know our offer had been accepted! Their professional, friendly and motivated service made the whole process so easy, they even left us a move in gift pack with mugs and Cornish tea which was very welcome on move in day and the type of personal touch they do best.
We would absolutely recommend Christopher's Estate Agents to anyone, and we have! We wouldn't buy a house from anyone else! Definitely 5 stars.
