Toyah Taylor our mortgage advisor was SO amazing and helpful to us! Other mortgage advisors gave us estimates of £142,000 Toyah has managed to secure us a mortgage of £236,000!! Toyah has made the whole process so much easier for us. Couldn’t recommend anyone better! Everyone we’ve been in contact with at miller has been so kind!

Not allowed to view a property without seeing mortgage advisor or providing highly personal information. This is called ‘conditional selling’ and is potentially unlawful. No other agent will do this because trading standards don’t like it. If you’re thinking of selling with them, just stop and think before instructing them. How many people are told they can’t view your property unless they are coerced unnecessarily. They have essentially done the opposite of their job and prevented a chain free proceedable sale/purchase. An ideal buyer some might argue. A truly interesting approach, market property, get people interested, prevent viewings. Why bother marketing at all if good buyers can’t view? Absolutely nuts!

We have just completed the sale of a beloved family home near Helston and I can thoroughly recommend Millers Countrywide (Helston) Branch and their associated Conveyancers. The initial appraisal & valuation conducted by Julian Godridge exceeded our expectations. Nick Moss and Amanda Collick (who handled the sale thereafter) were enthusiastic about our property's potential and were clearly motivated to obtain the right buyer for us: indeed, a waiting client already on the books ultimately purchased our property for a sum above the guide price. The sales portfolio and photographs showed the property to its fullest potential. Communication throughout the process was very good with a personal touch; the staff are local to the area and clearly know their market. I was not from the area, so initially dealt with Sefan and the team via email and phone calls only.
They were always polite, thorough and honest, getting back to me on my queries very quickly. Nothing was too much effort for them. Because of Covid-19 and lawyers etc, the sale did take much longer than anticipated. Throughout this frustrating time I always felt like they had my best interests at heart and were understanding of my plight and proactive in dealing with everyone. I never felt that I had to chase them for updates or information. Whenever Stefan was going to be off, he would call and update me and tell me who would be my contact in the office in his absence. A really thoughtful touch.
Their professionalism and calm shone through and helped to make this very stressful time in my life calm.
I cannot recommend them highly enough and if I were to buy or sell again I would not even consider using any other estate agents

These comedians reckon they can get you the best mortgage deal on the planet but they charge you £500 quid for it which added in to your mortgage deal term can make you worse off. Better going with money supermarket or something, better deal, no massive fee and you don't have to listen to these lot droning on about how they are the best in the business

We have recently purchased a home in Cornwall where Millers were the agents. The viewing and transaction occurred over lockdown and we were based remotely in the South East. Yvette was very helpful throughout and made what could have been a difficult transaction rather smooth. I would like to put on record how happy my wife and I are with the handling of the sale of our property Wishingtons. From the outset, the valuation, photography and presentation has been outstanding.
We would especially like to highlight the work of Tabitha Morris who has worked tirelessly to follow up queries and chase solicitors when necessary to keep things moving. She acted as a very effective 'go between' which avoided the need for me to get too closely involved with our buyer when legal matters were proceeding slower than I would have liked. Moving house is a stressful process but Tabitha's friendly and diligent approach did much to make things easier and her frequent updates were greatly appreciated.

Having decided to sell up and find a bigger property in Helston, Tom from Miller Countrywide Helston came round and gave us a fair and very realistic valuation of our property. He wasn’t pushy and gave us time to think over our options before committing to putting the property on the market. Viewings were booked and feedback from them were given back to us in quick time. Having found a place we liked also with Miller Countrywide, we booked, viewed and made an offer, which during those processes Tom acted in a friendly and professional manner. Once offers where accepted communication from the Estate Agent was still at a very high standard, returning emails and phone calls quickly. Nothing was too much bother. Any issues were dealt with and resolved quickly.
Definitely an estate agent to go to if you are looking to sell and purchase a property

Myself and my husband used Miller countrywide to sell our first home. Staff were very helpful right from the start and very quick to get the process of selling our beloved home started. The agents are able to answer any questions that we had about any of the services they offer. We have used their services for mortgages when buying our first property which was made very simple by the amount of knowledge they have. Our property was agreed to go on the market and within less than seven days they had sold our property and we were able to purchase another property through them. This was only possible due to their ability to be proactive in distributing properties information this is because they are effective in their use of mailing their current clients. We felt that the agents took any of our concerns seriously and dealt with them accordingly. I would recommend using Miller countrywide their professionalism is outstanding.

I have purchased a house through Miller Countrywide and can honestly say they've been superb. They have kept me in the loop the whole way with updates across the chain, they have chased solicitors without me needing to ask and have ensured that whole process has moved along as quickly as possible. I ended up using Countrywide's solicitors, mortgage broker and surveyors as there were some discounts available for keeping the services in-house and I'd highly recommend them all. Very efficient and thorough. As a seller or a buyer, I'm not sure you could do much better than these.
