CLEE kept me up to date on every visit, the viewers comments and any potential buyer/s. The communication was always by phone call and then backed up with a mobile phone text and the personnel were very polite at all times. Very positive in being able to sell the property, which came across in their demeanour.

We had dealings with this Estate Agency many years ago when we bought the property we’ve just sold through them.
They have been absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to secure a sale on our property.
Very professional and courteous, and had a way of making you feel you were the only person they were dealing with, but also friendly with a necessary sense of humour.
The journey from start to finish selling our property was difficult but CTF were so supportive. They kept us informed and up to date with the progress, even if the situation was beyond their control because of something ‘sticking’ in the chain.
We can most definitely recommend this Estate Agency if you want to sell your property, or buy through them.
You won’t be disappointed.

Great service from Clees Pontardawe in a challenging market but we got a buyer for our property. Not only did they show all prospective purchasers around but they kept us up to date with follow up information and more importantly helped us to keep the legal process running after a sale had been agreed liaising between solicitors and parties. Thanks Guys - Great Job!
