Would definitely recommend Sample Mills , I was very impressed by the service and attitude of all staff . Steve and Sandi and Tim could not have done anymore and were always helpful and a pleasure to deal with .
I hope not to move again but if I do then I would use them again

Sample Mills gave me an excellent service with everyone who worked for them was very kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they gave me excellent advice and even suggested services I may need. They have superb local knowledge and a good price for the house I was selling. I could not praise them highly enough and would recommend anyone to use them if they want a professional caring service.

My partner and myself bought our first house using sample Mills.
Steve and Karen were easy to talk to and were always on the end of the phone for us.
Our solicitor firm was a joke, and without the team at Sample Mills' help with following up with them, and providing us guidance throughout the process, I don't know if we could've done it without them.
Would 100% say that they were great and we would definitely deal with them again.

Sample mills is a very proffessional estate agent , that gave me 100% of there time and the communication was second to none, i have sold many properties over 31 yrs and all different parts of the country, Sample Mills and the whole team were by far the best agents i have ever had dealings with and they are like a well oiled machine that give what most agents dont give , which is straight honest advice,
I thank my luck, that i went to them for a market appraisal.

Poor communication.
Unrealistic valuation.
Failed to do due diligence checks on buyers.
Gave the impression of not caring.
Gave us incorrect information on several occasions that can only lead me to believe they were lying to me.

Went to a viewing to be told to put a deposit down asap due to it would be held for us not telling or giving us an equal chance. Wasn't fair on letting the property, should be given an equal chance. Poor quality of communication do not recommend
