Having the house valued is never easy but when zak came round he was on time, very professional. This is by far the worst estate agent in leicester, don't use them, there is no communication, dont lead by example, no call backs, no feedback from viewing, and your property wont sell, find better agents instead of using these guys, avoid at all cost

Not professional in arranging viewing. When I reached there at the given time no one from estate agent turned up. Even knocked on the door the seller didn’t answer the door which is not a problem. After that I called agents and she gave me number to call then I called 3 times and no one answered. That lady called me after 25 minutes to say owners have been waiting why didn’t you turn up?? When I said I’m out of the area obviously it’s been nearly half an hour of no response from agents then she goes ohh they have been waiting so you can’t cancel and she started giving me warnings that she will let others agents know that you don’t turn up on viewings. There was no professionalism in her mannerisms.

Booked an appointment to view a property, drove an hour on a Saturday morning to the viewing and nobody turned up. Contacted the agents to be told the house isn’t for sale, nobody attempted to contact us regarding the appointment and the property is still available on Rightmove. Awful experience, really poor customer care.

From meeting Zak at the valuation to him handing the keys to me on moving day, I couldn’t of asked for a more personal service. Newton Fallowell were nothing but amazing!! Being local really helped as it wasn’t the easiest sale, but they helped me through it every step of the way . We achieved a sale in less the two weeks and sold for above asking price! Even when the property was down valued, they managed to renegotiate me the best price. The best Estate Agents I have dealt with - Thank you ??????????

House was sold in one 'open house' viewing (which NF recommended for me in my situation) and got a good few bids...much easier than having multiple viewings.
Cheryl Keeble, the Sales Progressor was supportive, a great communicator and a huge support to me in what has been a very stressful time. I was never made to feel like a nuisance which, these days, is great customer service. Would highly recommend.

If I could put a rating it would be a 0, absolutely rubbish. Rang 3 times and left a message for agents to call back to arrange a viewing on a property. Rang 4th time and now property sold. Will never use the agents for any future buying/selling.

As a buyer we haven’t had a great experience using the Newton Fallowell branch in Syston, when putting an offer in on a property and getting updates you want an estate agent that is quick to respond and easy to get in touch with, we haven’t had phone calls answered all day and not even had any acknowledgement of the house we where trying to purchase being taken off the market having made 2 offers. Would not use again.

We had three valuations on our house before deciding to go with Newton Fallowell. Although NF's rates were higher (by several hundred £s), their valuation of our house was also considerably higher than another agent's (by £35,000!) so we assumed the true value would fall somewhere between the 2 valuations. We spoke to Matt at NF who agreed to a slightly lower fixed charge rather than a percentage of the sale price so we knew exactly what the cost would be before signing up with them. NF's valuation figure turned out to be accurate as we were offered the full asking price be our purchaser. It is quite worrying that, had we chosen another agent, we could easily have lost out on £35,000.
Matt took the photos of our house and we were given the opportunity to accept or reject each one before they were posted on the website. The details were presented professionally online and we asked for and were given coloured handouts of our house to give to prospective buyers.
It was just over 12 weeks from putting our house on the market to receiving the offer we accepted and during that time we had about 5 or 6 viewings. There were patches where we became uncomfortable because we didn't have viewings for a few weeks but we were assured by Pam who mainly dealt with our sale that this was not unusual.
From receiving the offer on our house to moving to our new home took just over 10 weeks and Pam kept us informed of the progress during this time and, as we used their recommended solicitors, communication was easy.
