My review is based on my experience of attempting to sell my ex-authority flat and I chose Dexters to sell mine as they had sold a similar property two years ago. However, I didn't feel that this bottom end of the market was particularly a priority for their sales team with so many highly valuable properties in my area. Of course COVID restrictions didn't help matters but I did not feel that the service they were offering me represented good value for money.... Read more

I am not one to use digital methods to express my views, however in this instance I won't let it go. The worst agency I have yet to deal with. Initially speaking with a letting agent called "Shaquille" this person has no knowledge of properties the company is marketing, is very rude and unprofessional. His seniors are not much different. If you try and complain to a 'manager' you will get no where, in my opinion this branch is to be avoided at all costs, if you are a tenant you want to use an agent you can trust who will get the job done and look after you, these are not the guys. I see other negative reviews reflect my experience. Makes me thing positive reviews on their website and other review sites are fake!... Read more
