The transaction was complicated because it was linked to the sale of my flat to Westminster Council and it took five months for the completion. Christina Elmazi was extremely helpful and guided me expertly through the process. Rented a flat "professionally managed" by Hamptons in Kilburn for one year and it was a pretty awful experience.<br><br>The check in inventory was done while the flat was undergoing refurbishment works and they couldn't check it properly. It took them 3 months to sort out all the issues. Tried contracting a rent reduction but they wouldn't agree.<br>When agreed a moving date to vacate the flat we agreed I wouldn't do any "professional cleaning" (giving the state of the flat when I entered) but nevertheless they asked 300£ of the deposit in the end.<br>Also had to deal with so many different people cause apparently there was a massive staff turnover.<br>I dealt with many estate agents as a tenant but never had it this bad.

She and her team, to include Steve Kadi the Associate Director, are first rate professionals, and I will strongly endorse and recommend them.<br>Margit had strong relations with the seller, and her ability to pick up the phone to iron out the wrinkles associated with the flat sale/purchase, was greatly beneficial to both parties.<br><br>When I was initially viewing the flat and deciding on the purchase decision, Margit was immensely helpful in arranging repeated viewings, providing unbiased input, and above all, there was no push or pressure from her to try and clinch the deal.
