Nicola and the team in the Newton Mearns office were fantastic throughout the process of selling our probate property.
They were efficient, knowledgeable and extremely professional but also very thoughtful to our family in what was a difficult situation.
Nicola was always there at the end of the phone with advice and reassurance as the selling process advanced, I could not recommend them highly enough, a definite five stars.

Excellent service from Corum when selling my house - could not be more helpful from valuation to selling. Communication was first class during all parts of the process and their knowledge of the market and predictions were spot on. I cannot rate them highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had a really positive experience with Corum West End selling our property. The service was excellent, the fee was very fair, and communication was great all the way through. The team were professional, responsive, and kept us informed at every step, which made the whole sale much easier. Highly recommend.

We were very looked after by the Corum Newton Mearns Team- especially Nicola. We didn’t have the smoothest of Sales and Nicola was there for us throughout and we got there in the end. The whole team was very professional when dealing with the viewing stage- couldn’t have been better!

Spoke with an extremely condescending member of staff called Stephanie today. Attempted to speak to me like I was a child and didn't know anything about buying property. I think she needs to have more training in customer service. Leanne, however, is very approachable and professional and I wish I had dealt with her as I had asked.
I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property for over a week now and despite asking them to email, they have totally ignored my requests.
I will attempt once more before seeking out the sellers details to inform them of this unacceptable service.

An initial great pitch full of the most attractive of promises.
The positives stop their from my experience with Corum Clarkston.
During the sale of my property I was handed off from one staff member to the next. Their poor communication and substandard supply chain meant taking over a week to get on to the market.
The team failed to meet a basic accessibility request for a viewer and struggle to get viewers feedback.
Do not be lured in by their premium feel, its an illusion, best go for another agent who deliver the exact same service only deliver it better.
