Spoke with an extremely condescending member of staff called Stephanie today. Attempted to speak to me like I was a child and didn't know anything about buying property. I think she needs to have more training in customer service. Leanne, however, is very approachable and professional and I wish I had dealt with her as I had asked.
I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property for over a week now and despite asking them to email, they have totally ignored my requests.
I will attempt once more before seeking out the sellers details to inform them of this unacceptable service.

An initial great pitch full of the most attractive of promises.
The positives stop their from my experience with Corum Clarkston.
During the sale of my property I was handed off from one staff member to the next. Their poor communication and substandard supply chain meant taking over a week to get on to the market.
The team failed to meet a basic accessibility request for a viewer and struggle to get viewers feedback.
Do not be lured in by their premium feel, its an illusion, best go for another agent who deliver the exact same service only deliver it better.

We have just sold my 96 year old mother’s house using Corum in Troon. They have been supportive, reliable and professional to deal with throughout the process. This was particularly important as the house had to be left empty and all dealings had to be done remotely.
As offers in Scotland no longer appear to have to commit to an entry date, choosing the right agent seems even more important. Mandy, who we dealt with most, was always pleasant and helpful to deal with.
It is also refreshing to know that estate agents can be so enthusiastic about the features of an individual property, and not just consider it based on square footage. This was particularly important to us as the house was very old and had been in the family since it was built.
Ross who we met initially really impressed us with his local knowledge and history. He also made an effort to take some great photos which really showcased the house’s best features.
We would not hesitate to recommend Corum.
