Very happy with the service received from Corum. Extremely efficient in getting us live on the market (quick turnaround for photos, brochure, home report) and then constant communication throughout the viewing process with daily calls to cover feedback and updates on next steps. Made it feel like a very simple, smooth process. Overall couldn't speak highly enough of all those involved. Would recommend.

Marc who advised us on what we needed to do to insure we got the best price possible.

I bought a property through Corum (Ayr branch) very recently and have to say I was extremely impressed. Communication was exceptional, staff were friendly and helpful and kept in touch with me frequently.
I sold my own property through another local Estate agents and genuinely felt that I got more support and information from Corum when buying through them than I did from my own estate agents.
Sophie particularly was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you so much. I will definitely recommend Corum and will use them if I ever sell in the future.

Received an extremely condescending voicemail from some member of staff about an offer I made. It was totally unacceptable to say "it was like you to offer lower than the home report". Seemed to rant on for a few minutes about it and to be honest I was just taken aback by her rudeness. I would definitely not recommend this agent for selling or buying if that is the attitude of staff.

An initial great pitch full of the most attractive of promises.
The positives stop their from my experience with Corum Clarkston.
During the sale of my property I was handed off from one staff member to the next. Their poor communication and substandard supply chain meant taking over a week to get on to the market.
The team failed to meet a basic accessibility request for a viewer and struggle to get viewers feedback.
Do not be lured in by their premium feel, its an illusion, best go for another agent who deliver the exact same service only deliver it better.
