We were very pleased with the service we received from Corum Bridge of Weir. From the moment we put an offer in for a house being offered by Corum, to the home appraisal by David Mackie and marjeting of our own house. They were exceptionally good in arranging the 17 viewings and in finalising the offers. All in all it was a very positive experience and we would recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell in this area.

An absolutely flawless experience from the initial phone call right through to the fabulous offer for our home. Our house was on the market for just four days and sold on the very first day of viewings, before close of business. The team kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, with the office staff always on hand to provide updates and answer any questions — nothing was ever too much trouble. An initial great pitch full of the most attractive of promises.
The positives stop their from my experience with Corum Clarkston.
During the sale of my property I was handed off from one staff member to the next. Their poor communication and substandard supply chain meant taking over a week to get on to the market.
The team failed to meet a basic accessibility request for a viewer and struggle to get viewers feedback.
Do not be lured in by their premium feel, its an illusion, best go for another agent who deliver the exact same service only deliver it better.
