I recently worked with James and the team on the sale of my property (early 2022). The entire experience was excellent, from start to finish. They are highly professional, and importantly very responsive. The listing they created was great. The images were very high quality, unlike a lot of listings you see and it made the property shine, and they managed everything perfectly, achieving the best price possible - and to cap it all off the fee they charge is very reasonable, so you get the best service, with the best cost. Thank you guys - and if you are thinking of selling in their areas, I would thoroughly recommend Cote and Castle.

Myself and my partner bought our first home through Cote and Castle, being first time buyers we was a bag of nerves with a lot of questions regarding the property, but Megan (estate agent) was fantastic anything she did not know, which was pretty much nothing she got answered efficiently and professionally, along with our multiple viewings which we requested all the way up to the completion day. she had a very calming nature and extremely helpful, after our first viewing to the completion Megan has kept us informed along the journey to ensure we was kept in the loop, this was a blessing to settle our minds along the journey. When we put in a offer I was told buying a home is one of the most stressful things to do in your life but I can honestly say we didn’t stress at all, and I believe that is down to Megan being so person centred and knowledgable. We are now happy home owners, I’m grateful for all the hard work cote and castle put into our move and would recommend to anyone! 5 stars all round! Thank you very much for helping us buy our dream home!

We recently sold a property in Andover and the Cote and Castle team were great. We dealt with Simon initially, then during the selling process Megan was really helpful and supportive during the sale with lots of communication keeping us updated along the way. They also donated to charity which was a big incentive for us and beneficial to the charity. We highly recommend the Cote and Castle team if you want to list your property.
