Had a great experience with shore sales and lettings.
I dealt with Courtney and she was very professional and efficient.
I needed a new place to live very quickly, I viewed the place on Tuesday then got the keys on Friday.
The whole process from start to finish was smooth and easy.
Highly recommend this company for dealing with your property and Courtney from the lettings department is brilliant.

Estate Agents often get a bad rep. And in my experience this is often deserved. Not in this case however. From start to finish they have been an absolute joy to deal with. Particular credit must go to Ellie South. She may be too young to remember the 90's but she was professional, friendly and more importantly not a lying con merchant more interested in money than service. All of my questions were answered and if she didn't know the answer said that she would find out.
Sadly, the purchase was not to be but this is not down to the fabulous Ellie who did at least the change my opinion on Estate Agents.
She is a credit not just to you bit to your profession.

Downsized our house to a flat so contacted David at Shore as close to home, and was very impressed with the friendly, approachable and professional service received from initial marketing to completing the sale. Felt supported every step of the way with helpful advice and suggestions from both David and Ellie. Some small hitches along the journey but quickly smoothed over and dealt very easily. Would definitely recommend without hesitation. Thank you for your assistance throughout.

I recently bought a house from Shore Property and couldn’t recommend them enough. David was super friendly and helpful right from the beginning, which was especially great given I was a first-time buyer, and he went above and beyond to keep the buying process moving efficiently and communicated effectively throughout. It made what is generally a stressful experience that much more calm and pleasurable, and I’d absolutely use them again.

Shore were fantastic start to finish after a lengthy process of the sale of our flat. There were a few bumps along the road which David and his team were always very supportive with and fast acting on stuff. The updates throughout the whole process were great, getting more through David and his team than the solicitors at times which was reassuring through a stressful time in our lives.

If you are looking for someone to guide you through the many stresses and strains of house buying then David is your man! Shore Sales may have you believe that it is "just part of the job" but I can honestly say that I have had the best service and support and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. From initial contact, through exchange and beyond, they have been available to explain processes, resolve issues and keep everyone informed. I am not sure I could have asked for more!

I would give Shore Sales and Lettings a million stars if I could! I recently sold my property through Shore and I cannot recommend them enough.
