Avoid Courtney that deals with the letting is shocking she was abrupt and rude over the phone and when she did the viewing didn’t follow things up or manage to sort out questions I had asked save your time I can’t comment of the sale team but letting keep clear

Couldn’t recommend David enough, even though I was not the direct client for him he helped us out massively when having problems with communication towards my solicitors. I honestly can't put into words how helpful Shore Estate agents have been. David in particular has gone above and beyond to help ensure that the sale completed as I had many issues along the chain.
I had constant communication and fast responses, even support when at times I thought I was going to lose the property. Shore estate agents consistently chased my buyer's solicitor and did everything they could to elevate the stresses that come with selling and buying a property.
I won't ever be using another estate agents moving forward, thank you so so much.

Dave and his team did a fantastic job for our sale and purchase. Dave controlled everything from start to finish and we never once felt we needed to "chase" anything up. All communication between him and solicitors came through us so we knew exactly where we were at any given time.
Even the solicitor recommended by Dave was excellent which made for an all round stress free transaction.

Estate Agents often get a bad rep. And in my experience this is often deserved. Not in this case however. From start to finish they have been an absolute joy to deal with. Particular credit must go to Ellie South. She may be too young to remember the 90's but she was professional, friendly and more importantly not a lying con merchant more interested in money than service. All of my questions were answered and if she didn't know the answer said that she would find out.
Sadly, the purchase was not to be but this is not down to the fabulous Ellie who did at least the change my opinion on Estate Agents.
She is a credit not just to you bit to your profession.

We sold our flat with Shore and David was friendly, professional and made the whole process as easy as possible. There were delays at the upper end of the chain which caused stress levels to rise, but David was always on hand with any help and advice he could give. Even though we ended up losing our buyer due to delays at the top, we managed to sell again in no time for the same price and kept the rest of the chain intact. David was very proactive with trying to get the sale and purchase over the line before the stamp duty holiday ended, and we are now settling into a perfect house!

I completed on a relatively complex sale due to a short lease through David recently.
Throughout the process he has keep me continuously informed, and chased both solicitors to push things through as quickly as possible. He has been nothing short of fantastic.
Prior to this sale my experience of estate agents has been mediocre at best, and have always questioned the fee you have to pay them, whilst with David, he is worth every penny and more.
Having someone hold everything together is invaluable, other internet based agents cannot competed with David’s level of customer service and commitment to being available at all times from day one, to completion.
