First Step used to be the go to agents in the local area, they seemed honest and transparent. From my experience this is a thing of the best with them. There are many agents in the local area now who are much better then First Step, they will look after you and are much more sincere. My advice would be, dont just go with them, give all the others the same opportunity, remember First Step excel in talking the talk, but once your signed in, they dont walk the walk. Think is all I advise anyone.

From the first valuation and photos for the house to viewings and sale , I felt my home was respectfully shown the best it could be. The sales staff and office were always helpful, polite and friendly. This made the whole process relaxed and comfortable and very efficient.

First Step are so professional and yet friendly, I never felt pressured and its the first time I had sold a house. They made everything so easy and the second viewer purchased my house at the full asking price. I have met all the team and Jules and David who are the Directors should be proud of what they achieved.
