Hamptons International Lettings provided such a wonderful and professional service! While I had the pleasure to work with Chris Newton, all the other staff there were just as kind, friendly, and helpful. Chris Newton was thoughtful and showed me great properties that fit to my standards. As I expressed urgency in moving (wanted to move as soon as I saw the properties he showed me), Chris worked hard to ensure I was able to move in as quick as possible. Through his dedicated and quick work, I was able to move in within 5 days. My mom and I were very happy and satisfied with this great help. Chris and his colleagues were insightful and were able to answer all my questions. I was really happy working with Hamptons, and they really made sure I was satisfied and definitely took care of me until the very end. I highly recommend Hamptons. Before arriving to the UK, my collages who lived earlier in London have advised to deal with Hamptons which I did once I arrived. My target was a flat in Paddington. To maximize my chances of finding an apartment, I dealt with more than one real estate agent. By benchmarking, Hamptons is by far the best. The staff were very professional and they helped me to negotiate a very good deal with my landlord. Before I came to London, I barely know anything about where to live in this big city. Hamptons not only gave me a general idea of popular neighborhoods in London, but also provided me a list of available options. I was in a rush to move in since I had to start work the next week. Hamptons really understood my situation and helped me a lot. They arranged me to sign all kinds of forms and the agreement through couple of mails/fax. They even arranged someone to wait for on Saturday so that I could get the key to the flat. Very luckily and greatly thanks to Hampton's help, I got moved in within 2 hours after I landed in Heathrow. I believe it's hard to be done in other places and with other agents. Hamptons have been a trusted business partner of mine in managing my apartment in Paddington for the past ten years. They offered a complete package of services, which is invaluable for non-resident owners: a solicitor referral, a mortgage broker, a full inspection upon completion and exchange of contracts, an interior design referral, an insurance agent, a tax preparer, a new tenant insurance policy, property management and of course the most important service of all, sourcing the best possible tenants. In addition, the Paddington lettings office has been helpful with advice over the years as various issues have arisen, making it relatively easy for me to be an absentee owner and landlord. Most recently Hamptons assisted me with a somewhat complex letting arrangement whereby the incoming tenant, matching my ideal profile, requested additional services in exchange for relinquishing use of the appurtenant parking space. Not only did Hamptons explain how I could provide the additional amenities but promptly found a tenant for the parking space, fully compliant with the development's rules and regulations. Both tenants were pleased and I was made whole for my additional expenses. Both the negotiator who represented me and the lettings office manager who supported her were prompt, effective and a pleasure to work with. I've found Hamptons services to be so helpful that I've become committed to reinvesting in my property, improving it as opportunities arise, secure in the knowledge that they will continue to find the right tenants who will take good are of it and who appreciate the various improvements. Having dealt with a lot of agents around W1/W2 area I found Hamptons International (Paddington Branch) being extremely helpful.
