A mixed experience for our house sale.
After achieving sold the service could have been far better than it was.

I recently sold my property through Dales & Peaks. When Hannah first viewed the property she came across as very business like with a no-nonsense, straight forward and friendly attitude. She gave a realistic evaluation and described the process clearly. The marketing material was first class. Having obtained an offer Hannah & Lucy were both great at moving things along, especially when the process would otherwise have got ‘stuck’. I was kept in the loop at all times and they were very quick to respond to my questions. The sale went through successfully. I can’t recommend Dales & Peaks enough and gladly give them five stars.

Phoebe was excellent. The initial experience before Phoebe was involved was a little tense as D&P got tgd house details wrong, incorrect footprint size and details, which i would have spotted if given final approval as promised before going live.

If you're in the market for a rental property in Derbyshire then Dales & Peaks won't disappoint. Alice, the lettings manager was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful with our tenancy process, no question or ask goes ignored, and her responses were fast and informative making the process as stress free as possible for both us and the Landlord.
On occasions we did speak with other staff members not in the lettings dept. who were equally as helpful and supportive of our circumstantial needs in a property. They are the estate agents who don't forget about you and do call back.

Used Dales & Peaks letting service for my property in Matlock after using another local agent that were problematic. All I can say is Dales & Peaks are a breath of fresh air. Very professional, informative and found the best tenants possible for my property. Highly recommended - Thankyou!
