I would not buy or sell with this company. I have tried to do both over the years. I was not impressed with them when trying to buy a house for over £650,000. After telling them what I wanted they never contacted me again.
When selling as they just did not seem to be interested. It was as if they thought we had to go with them and be impressed. They stated they were advertising apartments at the castle at Matlock for the same price as our home. I hear it’s a family business. They are pompous and unprofessional. I went with Haus estate agents who were fantastic. They were not only very professional and knowledgeable, they were normal people.

As executors for our late Aunt we chose to use Dales and Peaks to sell our Aunt’s holiday cottage. From the initial and occasional contact with Hannah and the more regular contact with Jayden and other members of staff, Dales and Peaks we’re there to ensure a smooth sale.
We live over an hour away from the property being sold so Dales and Peaks were happy to have a set of keys to conduct viewings and any other visits necessary as part of the sales process.
We would definitely recommend Dales and Peaks and we thank them for their excellent service.

The service we received from Dales and Peaks Estate agents was first class, from offer to completion all our enquiries were dealt with promptly and nothing was too much trouble. We were particularly impressed with the Forward move service which helped our purchase go through in record time.
