I will be using Daniel Matthews to find a tenant and mange my rental property. I have had several etstate agents in Barry and so far-even though they have not yet been engaged-I have found them to be the most professional-helping me get a house clearance person-who visited my property on the same day-viewing my property pre renovations to guide me with what tenants would expect-giving me the name of a maintenance company who were also very professional and came and gave a detailed quote-giving specific deatils on what would be needed in my kitchen renovation-Janine is the person that I have been dealing with-very pleasant, professioanl young lady-so far very impressed.

We've just bought our new house through Daniel Matthew and I can honestly say everyone I dealt with went above and beyond. I'd like to give a huge thank you to Lorraine and Hayley for being so on it through a complicated purchase, and Janine and Sarah were also very helpful if I ever had any queries. Good photographs and prepared to come back to take additional external photos due to bad weather first time. Achieved sale in approx five weeks. Can't recommend Daniel Matthew highly enough! It's a small, professional firm with the personal touch which makes a huge difference when selling a property.
Lorraine was very passionate about the area and there's little she doesn't know. I was happy to be corrected on a few things and followed her advice, which definitely got a great result for both us and the buyer.
Pictures were excellent and really showed our property in a great way. And the floorplan was superb (in 3D) when a lot of Barry estate agents don't even bother to do one.
Our house sold within HALF AN HOUR of viewings being completed! Perfect for both us as sellers and the buyer who'll hopefully be really happy with their new home.
Highly, highly recommended rather than the traditional "go-to" firms in Barry. So happy we went with Daniel Matthew!

Very friendly, polite staff. They gave all viewers a 30 minute visit which is more than double the amount of time that other Estate Agents provide, as a seller I really appreciate that as people could really make their mind about the property when you are not rushed through the rooms.
Quite frankly I would recommend anyone in Barry go with Daniel Matthew.

Spoke with Louise primarily when selling my house. She had a positive, upbeat & professional attitude. Readily available to answer any questions and queries I had regarding the house sale.
Furthermore, she was also extremely helpful when setting up the tenancy with my new Landlord too. Would highly recommend them if anyone was looking to sell a house or looking to rent one out.

We spoke with Louise initially over the phone. She was very knowledgeable and answered all the initial questions we had in regards to the property market. She was very professional and gave us extra considerations and helpful tips too. She promptly send out an information pack for us to look over. We then booked in a valuation with Laura for renting our property and were just as impressed when meeting her. We are looking forward to working with these estate agents going forward and trusting them with our property.
