I was also miss-sold a property, by an agent named MAT. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

i have had the worst experience with this company and the Agent name is Mat. i have been given a property which was not fit to live in. the agent job is to make sure that they are providing there tenants with a property which is fit to live in, not a property which will harm there health. i will never recommend this agent as they he is just looking to make money and not provide a service. unacceptable

i used the kensal rise branch when looking for a flat to rent. I was very impressed by the efficiency and organisation provided by the team, inparticular leigh givnan who really helped my understand the local area.

We had a good experience with Daniels selling our place. Mat was a helpful and friendly, yet professional agent, happy to advise when needed. Recommended.

I had booked an appointment to view a home with one of the representatives at Daniels Estate Agent. I was going to give them two-stars at first, to not seem bitter, but once I wrote this review out I realised how badly this estate agent performed for a potential customer. No address given, no work number given, no update of appointment cancellation, no call to apologise, no call to rearrange, missed out on property in the following days. Huge disappointment. Several days before the viewing the estate agent sent over details regarding the property, no new information, nothing that we couldn't find online already. Most importantly they failed to give the exact address of the property and the work contact number for the estate agent who had arranged to meet us. We ended up finding the property by doing guess work through looking at the picture displayed online and matching with the flat in real life. We waited for the estate agent, but he did not come. We called the office on the number provided, but they were closed. We somehow managed to find the number by diving deep into a google search and after trying several numbers we were finally redirected to the office. We were told that the estate agent, who had arranged to see us, was not on shift that day and no one would be coming to assist with the viewing as the owner was busy that day and the estate agent failed to inform us of the cancellation. I waited and expected a reply to rearrange when the representative would be back on the Monday; however, I did not get any call back to apologise or to even rearrange. I called on the Tuesday to find out that they had just taken the property off the market as they had found a buyer. The sales department need to have a strong look at how they treat potential customers. I suggest anyone who has gone through anything similar let them know, because it's a disgrace.

Daniels - Neasden

We just tried to letting a propety with them. We found a flat it was in good condition. I told them we want that flat, we would like an apply. She send me the application form. I filled up, I sended back with all of the paperworks. Then she told me, they will look after everything and they call me back soon. Then nothing not happend. Few days (3-4) later I called them what is happening because I really dont know what is going on Im just waiting for the credit check. She sad to me the flat is gone. I was really angry. Then she wasnt sure about the flat. I send them an email as well. Then they called me back with this: The flat is gone already. Sorry but if I have to running after the flat, its really not nice. Its your job, not mine.

Daniels - Neasden

Daniels in Neasden is the most unprofessional estate agent in London that I have experienced.. they are biggest lier and rude. we try to buy house from them, we put an offer and they accepted and they convinced us that the deal will go through as we expected. We spent money for the search and mortgage after that we /our solicitor and mortgage adviser tried to chase them but they always said they will come back to us which they never did. we waited about 3 months and just had to give up. can't these people just be honest with us? can't they just tell us the truth? They don't know how to deal with their clients, they are very unprofessional people. Never ever go to Daniels especially the Neasden one. I'm so glad that we didn't offer them to sale our flat....
