We had the absolute pleasure of working with Mason to sell our flat in Willesden Green. Our sale ended up being a long, difficult and stressful process (not as a result of Daniels) and was made so much easier by Mason. We were rather unlucky to have two buyers pull out, and both times Daniels had it back on the market within a day, Mason was conducting viewings within a couple of days, and they had found us replacement buyers both times within a week.
The process was made difficult by our very unreliable solicitor as well as the solicitor for our buyers, and Mason was always pushing things forward, chasing both ends of the chain, getting updates when he could and generally just helping out to get things done and make the sale happen - we genuinely don't think the sale and our purchase would have happened without Mason.
Right at the very end the people we were buying from were threatening to pull out, and Mason was instrumental in getting exchange and completion over the line. He really went above and beyond. Mason is always friendly, pro-active and responsive; from start to finish, it was a pleasure working with him. When he was away from the office, we dealt with Russell and Daryl who were both equally hands-on and helpful.
All in, we worked with Mason and Daniels for about 10 months, and I could not fault them. We have moved out of the area, but if we were still in the area I would not hesitate to instruct Daniels in any future sale, and would recommend Mason to anyone looking to sell in the area.

On our first meeting with Raz, I felt we were in safe hands. He knew his market and advised us accordingly.
We were kept upto date with all viewings and, any relevant comments made by the viewers.
I cannot praise Raz and his team enough. Thank you.

We saw a number of Agents and decided to appoint Daniels. It was the best choice as, from the time of the appointment we had a number of viewings before the property was finally listed and, offers made from their Client database. We found the Agents available at all times and to be informative at all stages. They followed up continuously with the buyers' solicitors up to exhange and completion.
