He arranged our property viewing in a timely manner and was incredibly thorough when showing us around, ensuring we had every single piece of information we needed to make our decision. He is exceptionally well-mannered and clearly takes great pride in his work.Moving can easily become overwhelming, but Josef completely eliminated the stress. He answered all of our questions very quickly, keeping communication clear and efficient. Mr Tony Bunce was helpful with his advice on selling my parents home. From the 6 Estate Agents I met with he was by the far the most knowegable regarding the market conditions in the Area.
His assessment was good and we now look forward to completion of the Sale process.

This is the worst agency so far. They tried to raise our rent without the approval of the landlord until we had to move. We did not know about this until the landlord called me and said he never asked for the rent to go up.
