We approached several estate agents and chose David Doyle as they were professional and in discussing the initial sale price were realistic, honest and never once commented on other agents in a negative way. We felt that they would be trustworthy and professional at all times and they were. Aedine valued the property and suggested the price range which really worked for us; she recommended being flexible and again this was good advice. Matt, the sales manager was exceptional and took over when we went on the market. We had a lot of viewings and we actually sold to one of the first couples. Matt was such a great sound board, he listened, took our views into account, advised us and sorted out a few minor things along the way but was prompt and called when he said he would. His support with the sales progression was also much appreciate and Magdelena then followed this through. I can highly recommend DD and we sold within 9 weeks. They are attentive, empathetic and give personal and professional help and advice. They are, without a doubt, the best Estate Agents in Hemel Hempstead. This isn't an exaggeration, they really are. Bought with David Doyle, from start to finish they were excellent. I didn’t know the area at all so I was going in blind and ended up viewing the flat following a suggestion from the agent. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for!
