Lettings… I’ve had a long relationship with Sure Sales and Lettings as I’d been a landlord using them as our agent for a few years. From the start, the rental team have been professional and hands on in securing us tenants, making sure the house was in good working order and maintained good relationships with the tenants. Their maintenance teams were great and helpful when we needed them and we’re so grateful for their professionalism over the years.
When we decided to sell, Sure gave us options to explore so that we ultimately made a good financial decision prior to putting the house on the market which was invaluable during the decision making process.
Selling…. The selling team have been so hands on with marketing the property, working really hard to secure a sale and make sure all parties were happy. The process has been without hiccups and Rique has been a pleasure to work with. He’s very knowledgable and approachable with an excellent manner. Hes be great with our legal team who have spoken highly of him too and he’s an asset to the company. I would definitely recommend making contact with him if you’re looking for a personable agent to look after the sale of your property.

I do not recollect contacting them as i moved out of Hemel, however they randomly sent an email in 2023 and then again in 2025 a random email by Rique who is their sales manager. I told Rique to remove my details from their system and although he confirmed he did, i still receive emails with the last one sent today. Under GDPR they shouldnt be holding my data. Considering they are addressing me with wrong name is clear that they dont care about GDPR.
I would avoid based on their dishonesty about details being removed when in fact arent and emails are still sent!

In that time there were many issues with poor tenants, repairs and refurbishments not every thing went to plan but the team always responded well to all situations.
More recently they marketed a house for me, Rique the sales manager was exceptional.
I wish all agents I dealt with were as good as Surelet

I originally rated 3 and have never given such low review but the agent who stood me up -Rique- had the nerve to further waste my time. In his opinion it’s important to own up to their mistake but they also mentioned it was a “misunderstanding”. He continues telling me I might be interested in another property near Hemel -as if I would ever work with him- and mind you he didn’t even ask me what my criterias are and I can’t live anywhere but central St Albans as I don’t drive.
Other than that, Anna has been exceptional and another colleague whose name I cannot recall. Many thanks for their efforts, I think both were 10/10.

We made plans to see the Aylesbury house to make a buy-to-let investment. We were given a tour by Ms. Anna Slotwinska. She is a wonderful lady with a serene demeanour. She gave us a tour and addressed all of our inquiries.
After the views, we spoke over the phone and via email, and she was really helpful. She is quite knowledgeable about this field. She is incredibly helpful and a woman of her word. Anna explained three possible scenarios based on the selling price and broke down the possible gross rental yield for me.
Anna is an asset to her organisation. I hope the best for her.

Unfortunately an overall poor experience throughout my tenancy. Simply not enough staff looking after tennants for the huge amount of work they take on. The other good reviews here do not reflect my experience and they ask people including myself to remove poor reviews...
It's been difficult at nearly every stage, from viewings, getting a second key, cleanliness of the property on move in (I provided photos of pubic hair, mud, dead bugs - it was not a professional standard, it was filthy), no checkout completed before we moved (only after we ask for an inventory was it photographed properly with some of our stuff in it), refused to send me the inventory asking several times, noise and anti social behaviour complaints during our tenancy (we were sold this on both our viewings as being quiet and peaceful - told the restaurant below isn't noisy when they were breaching their licence most nights with the level of noise and duration sometimes until 3am when staff stayed back), bailiffs turning up for a previous tennant despite numerous attempts to stop them (we were made to feel like it was our fault), poor communication at times... I could go on. I shouldn't be asked to take down a poor review in the middle of unsolved issues, when I felt so unhappy, it was the only way of being listened to. The response to this will be complete lies to cover their arse, making me look like I'm in the wrong again.
Me and my partner have felt not listened to and lack of support on the many issues experienced during tenancy. Often no reply or rude and condescending, however sometimes quick to respond when it came to maintenance issues.
In the end, we couldn't cope anymore and after 6 months of a nightmare, we were glad to be out. I wish I didn't have to write this review, but I can't help but speak the truth.
I hope future tenants and landlords will take heed and they don't have my experience! Please consider other agencies.
I have plenty of photographic and email proof to support all my experiences should they deny their responsibility.

I recently arranged a viewing of a 1 bed home in Hemel, and had the pleasure of meeting Anna Slotwinska who handled the viewings on Saturday, she was Friendly and helpful answering all inquiries and organised and second follow on viewing of a similar property, both were in nice areas and very well presented, sadly not quite fitting my requirements, i hope to have a slightly bigger garden area or garage for storage, but would like to thank Anna for making the experience pleasurable.

Very disappointed. Despite the good reviews, my experience is the total opposite. The maintenance team have time and time again shown their true colours and are not interested in issues I have during my tenancy. I'm told just to get on with it and it's what I should expect rather than any help offered or proper support. They have taken on way too much business to care enough about their clients. Often the response is they can't do anything or no response at all. They are responsible if their clients are unhappy and should provide a service as opposed to palming them off.

I booked a viewing for a property for 2:30 in the afternoon. We drove for 20 minutes to get to the property, only to be called whilst waiting outside the property, at 2:30, by the agent, to say that an offer had been accepted on the property which is why he wasn’t there!
I cannot believe he’d only just been informed of this as he hadn’t even left his office, but said he could be there in 10 minutes!
Total waste of my time and really poor customer service!

Not all reviews need to be negative so, here’s a positive one. We had an electrical fault in the property meaning all appliances weren’t working at all this included our fridge freezer. After emailing the maintenance team at 8am followed by a telephone call at 9am. An electrician arrived at 2pm to save the day. Zoe Wray and the maintenance team, excellent job. Really saved the day. I must add it’s not only on this occasion but over the past 4 years. Zoe and the team are always on hand when you need them. Good Job Guys 5*

My partner has recently left a review (see below 1 star review) which Sure lettings have replied to- in light of this I would like to respond to their comments.
1. The property is not under your management- however you carried out checks on the property and gave feedback during these checks throughout our contract period. When we had a mould problem in the property, I spoke to Sure as a number of personal items in the bathrooms had to be thrown out. The advisor at the time said not to ask for compensation and to just leave it. Taking everything into consideration now, they clearly had no interest and if they did not manage the property should have not given advice at all.
2. The landlord carried the final check but also Sure had emailed us to say they would be doing the inspection also. Interesting that the agency state they have 'no involvement'
3. Sure lettings being 'constrained by the limitations of their role' that's new given that they were cc'd into our emails. I called up to speak to James who was cc'd into our emails and was told I would receive a call back. I did not receive one and called again and asked to speak to James and the line was not transferred to him. It would have been more appropriate to have spoken to us and let us know how to proceed rather than hide behind someone else and not come to the phone. It would have been easier to speak to him directly and get some support rather than shake your hands and state they are not involved as soon as the contract ended. I see from a previous review this has also been the case.

Incredibly disappointed with Sure Lettings after recent conversations.
The whole point of going through a Letting Agent is to get support as tenants when it’s required. There is none of this. There is a lot of ‘speak to the landlord’ which completely defeats the point.
Nearly everything I have called them about over our time in a property has been passed off to someone else.
We called recently to discuss something and have been told that we have discuss sensitive matters with the landlord themselves. Baffling.
Avoid and find a letting agent who will support you when things can get tricky.

If I can give 0 stars , most definitely I would do. If you are going to rent a property from this agent make sure you have a good lawyer or be prepare to run to Citizen Advice Bureau (CAB) as they are very cunning manipulative agents.
They tried to add fees for my children who are already mentioned in the Tenancy agreement when it came to renewal after staying three years in the same property.
I got the advice from CAB and the agents couldn’t charge it.
Furthermore, never agreed sign the move In inspection report which state ‘ cleaning in progress’ as this will come back to you when leaving the property. I have seen a few people had mentioned about this in their reviews. When it comes to moving out ; they will ask you to higher their cleaner. If you don’t higher her and use your own : forget about your deposit. They make a fake moving out report adding rubbish and making the place much dirtier. Not only that, then claimed your whole deposit. When you ask for a invoice with a breakdown:never, pass it over to the landlord saying “ask the landlord “. When you ask the landlord, he or she would say ask the agent. No one would give you a breakdown and you would never know how they spent that money. but the best joke is the cleaner is their one. Be present, when they do final inspection. It is a must thing; if you want your deposit back.
I asked several time to be present, but the agent did not agree and deliberately ignored it.
Most disgraceful agent. Please be aware. Always ask for the legal advice and do not TRUST them.

Put in an offer for a property with their lettings team. Sure team said we were the only offer on the table and we were almost certain to move in asap. Sure team go radio silent for the next few days. We call them and get three separate promises over the next week for a call back to give an update on our offer, (two from the lettings agent himself and one from his manager). ZERO calls. In the end we checked the listing ourselves to find the property had gone already, we were not informed. The very definition of unprofessional. Could not recommend; avoiding them for lettings at all costs.

Had a lovely experience with a young man named Mohammed, he was polite, kind, and very friendly. Made the house viewing less boring and stiff. We've been to a number of house viewings with many agencies, but always come across stiff, and unfriendly estate agents. Wasn't the case with Mohammed, he also kept me updated via text message. I give 5 stars to Mohammed and not the company because when he was off, they were not quick to update me and I had to ring them myself, but nothing to do with Mohammed, he was quick to reply and keep me updated and answer my questions.

We’ve been dealing with Sure for a number of years now as we own a few flats in Hemel Hempstead!
All the team treats everything with professionalism and they are dealing with everything very efficient, which is what every one needs when you purchase or rent a property.
Carl is one of the best and honest agent we’ve come across as he only recommended properties to fit our needs and he always found what we wanted. You don’t need to do to much chasing of the solicitors as he is so into it and he’ll do it for you ( I found that great).
On the rental side James found us tenants immediately after the property went on the market (even before that once) which is what everyone needs.
I can only say good words and we’ve already/ and will recommend them to everyone and can guarantee they won’t be disappointed.

I want to start this review by saying that Mohammed is literally my saving grace! From the first phone call right up to collecting the keys, and even after - he has been absolutely amazing. You can tell that he really cares about each client and I always felt supported by him every step of the way.
It’s refreshing to see somebody who is so driven, motivated and passionate about their job and this clearly shows through his outstanding professionalism. One of the things I liked most is that he is very personable, kind and goes above and beyond to help you. Any queries I had or emails sent were answered in an expeditious manner. He’s very time efficient and always kept me informed and up to date with everything which in turn made the whole process enjoyable. Mohammed has really gone out of his way to assist me in getting my home. I truly believe he is a real asset to the Sure Team as he is representing the company in an astounding way. I am searching for a new home with Sure let for the second time. We have been shown round some amazing homes by Rhys Bellis . Rhys has tried hard to find the correct accommodation for our family and takes time to really listen to our needs . Rhys is warm, friendly and professional and took any fear of phoning away .
We have also been shown round by a property that we have accepted by Mohammed who is very enthusiastic and sweet - James the letting manager is also reassuring and answers any calls or concerns I have - I feel in good hands with Surelet and our experience with Rhys, Mohammed and James has been really professional and supportive .
I had such a positive experience using Surelet and all of the team were outstanding. Especially James Mcgarry and Abbie Lansley. We found James to be helpful and reassuring at all times and this was beforre I even met him. He responded to emails promptly and if he was not sure about anything he would check and then call me back. I also found James to be very calming and as I found the whole moving thing really stressful a calming manner should never be under estimated
Abbie was also very helpful especially with my many questions and panic attacks she would calm and reassure me that everything was going to be fine.

Since start have had a bad experience they have mixed messages on references, when you call would have same conversation and have to chase them to see what was going on, then moved into property which had electrical issues from day one … it’s been 7 months and the issues still remain I had to get legal advice and take it further for a temp fix which hasn’t actually fixed the problem, there is black mould throughout the property which has been there since we moved in despite raising this sending photos and putting it on the inventory 7 months later they haven’t done anything about it! There was repairs since before moving in and these also not done despite constant chasing. Have poor communication you have to chase them for everything, you hand in notice they don’t send confirmation they put the property up and then call you to book viewings or just send emails of bookings. Despite telling them reason for leaving they haven’t tried to fix it still … but did tell me there the best in Hemel/ Hertfordshire and can help me move … I do not recommend I’ve had 7 months of bad experience with them and they have not followed there own tenancy agreement
Response given didn’t address the issue of poor communication, failing to repair the faults and moving into a property which was not well maintained and look after had black mould and faulty electrics but it’s ok they have a dehumidifier as good will gesture ???? I feel lucky! Despite the black mould that I have bleached for 7months from move in date the electrics I pay for which don’t even work and time having to take it further.
The poor attitude of staff who laugh down the phone, served notice on 2nd march acknowledge 11th but booking viewings on 3rd march and telling us via email and still telling us via email despite asking to be told via phone!

StepChange? DRP? IVA? I was told verbatim that "in view of your IVA (its a Debt Repayment Plan but anyway) you will not pass our referencing criteria until you have paid off the full amount" so think of this - and this is not the only place, I have been told that I can not rent for another 7 years? I explained that my housing benefit will cease in 7 days, I will then be homeless, I have references and a guarantor and a very well paid job, but no, Shelter CAB and Stepchange and all other housing charities have told me that as long as I have a Guarantor there will be no problem.....This is not the case - my advice is to look through Gumtree and Facebook.... and Thank you James for being honest

A member of the sure lettings team (Ella) at Hemel Hempstead, account was hacked into. A virus was sent to multiple customers who are in a property looked after by Sure Let Hemel. I innocently clicked the link of the virus and entered my email details, as myself and the member of staff had been previously communicating via email (didn’t seem odd to me at the time).
After realising that the email may be a virus I sent an email immediately to Ella who then instructed me to simply just ‘delete the email and change my password’. I have made multiple attempts to change the password but it is under review with Microsoft (massive inconvenience as my email is used for business purposes containing many sensitive documents).
No warning was sent to anyone who had been affected, as I was told over the phone there is "too many people to contact". Very disappointed in how the team have handled this case, I did not receive an apology nor did I receive any reassurance that my data that has now been given to the hackers will be protected!!
Poor company, they ignore complaints regarding the property but will happily and quickly take chunks out of the property deposit. Goodluck to anyone is currently looking at a property with Sure Let Hemel, your experience will not be a good one at the slightest x

From our initial contact with Jack enquiring about properties available on Sure Sales, we were impressed with the service that they provided, a very professional and courteous manner throughout the viewing process , we were made to feel very comfortable before we made our final choice. We then had contact with Ella, who went above and beyond, helping us through the referencing process, she was very hands on and kept us fully in the loop, speaking with us on a daily basis, even when she was on a weeks holiday, she couldn't do enough.

Beware. They knowingly let properties that have bad landlords without informing you. I've waited weeks for cooker replacement, months for plumbing let alone normal maintenance. Breeched the time limits on the remedials on the new electric safety checks, which I am now having to report to the local authorities I've ended up bearing costs for waste removal. They are expecting me to cover costs for a broken dishwasher or repair, remove or it or be left with it, that was in the property when I moved in that apparently isnt the landlord but didn't bother to inform me. I chased for months to get an inventory, there isn't one!! I've never come across a letting agency who would think that's a good idea, now I know why! Previous and other tenants have had the same problems. They take no ownership of the issues all I get is "they are chasing", taking no responsibility for their part and causing me nothing but cost to me. Fortunately, I'm able to get out but others may end up stuck. Speak to previous tenants, do your homework and get full written confirmation from them of the landlord's history with them if you do use them. Not to a standard I have received from any other agent as either a tenant or a home owner.

Avoid this agency, extremly disappointing and very unprofessional. Our bookings were cancelled few times at the very last minute. They arranged the viewing and let us coming (we mentioned that we are travelling from far) and waiting front of the property, agent Jack, did not pick up our call, neither opened the door. We were waiting almost an hour, keep calling the office and they said to wait there until someone will let us in, because he is inside the property. No one called after, so we decided to approach the office and they said they don`t know where the agent is. However, the flat was removed from the website the next morning. No one contacted us after at all, we will not recommend them to anyone and won`t rent anything from them.

Sales: Carl has been my contact. He understood the specific requirements and adapted to changes along the route. He is very responsive and keeps me updated with the progress.
Lettings: I initially started with James who sorted the pre-requisites and got the property advertised swiftly. Sure Sales & Lettings have an outstanding team who found a tenant the very next day!

We have just rented a property through Sure sales and lettings Hemel Hempstead. We have had a very good experience with this agency! I was initially shown around a couple of properties by Jack who was very helpful and reassuring in answering any questions that I had during the viewings and in telephone conversations after. My main point of contact during this process has been with Ella. The referencing process took a little longer than anticipated though this was through no fault of Ella's or the agency's however during the waiting process Ella has been very friendly, reassuring and helpful in explaining everything to me during the whole application, referencing and appointments process which has massively reduced any stresses we had regarding the whole situation. After a horrendous and nightmarish experience with the lettings agents Aubrey&Finn (They seriously managed to let me down in every way possible!)...I found myself feeling disillusioned and cautious but under pressure to find a new letting agent that I could trust to actually manage my property correctly! After seeing that SureLets had 5 star reviews...I decided to give them a chance. And I am so glad that I did! I was immediately passed onto James the lettings manager who is very professional, calm and easy to talk to. He met me at my property within 30 minutes! I cannot praise Ella highly enough. She worked so hard and so professionally through a very tricky situation with a family member who had none of his ducks in a row (in fact, he didn't know where his ducks were) when he moved to Hemel and was going through the rental application process. Despite many, many delays on our side she kept smiling and helping all the way through. She answered emails, put up with numerous phone calls and was an absolute star while sorting out this tenancy for my family member. In these bizarre times we live in it was great that she didn't let the new lockdown announcement affect any of the communication and work. Just fantastic. Thank you Ella!

I must write this good review about Sure Sales & Lettings. I just moved to the Hemel Hempstead area and I stayed in a hotel, while I learned a bit about the area.
I was keen to find somewhere fairly quickly but I wanted somewhere nice, and at a reasonable price (to rent).
OK I was possibly asking for too much, and to be honest the first few estate agents made me feel like they were doing me a favour, by even responding to my inquiries. Many estate agents were so slow in responding that I gave up on them.
But what about Sure Sales & Lettings? Here is where Ella Worboys was fantastic. She seems to do the back-end administration etc, i.e. where all the hassles are. She was wonderful. The whole team is quite busy, but she always found time to help me, and she was always accurate and professional with all she did.
Ella Worboys did the heavy lifting, i.e. references, credit checks etc, and by the way, if you ever want to find a really efficient workflow system talk to Ella. Their system is highly automated, state of the art, user friendly and helped make the whole thing easy.
Ella even gave me a "welcome to your new flat pack", with some useful bits and pieces, what a nice touch, well done.

I was met on site by Jack Beazleigh. Jack arrived on time for each appointment and was extremely polite throughout the viewing .

The worst estate agents in Hemel Hempstead. They are too expensive. They advertise properties that they are not for rent. We contacted them for a property viewing. No-one came to the appointment. They said that the lady who booked the appointment with us doesn't work with them anymore and she didn't inform us that the appointment has been cancelled. The next time we booked a property viewing, the man was late. We had to go for the viewings in the afternoon when our baby was sleeping, so it was very tiring for all of us. We saw a property, we contacted them, they said it's still available so we can arrange a viewing. When we were on our way, the man called us just to inform us that another couple gave deposit for this property. But he has another similar property to show us. When we went to this "similar" property, it was in very bad condition. Of course we said no and we said we will search to other estate agents. When the man heard this, he said that we can see the property we liked it and the other couple gave the deposit... If we are happy with this property they will give this to us as we are older costumers. We saw the property, it was better that the others we saw. We said we are happy and he said I'm going straight to the office to inform my team that you will have this property and I will call you back. he called us a few hours to tell us that unfortunately they can't give us this property. In our previous tenancy, they gave us very old photos of the property when we moved in. So when we moved out, they came for the inspection and they held money from the deposit because they said that the photos are different from the property. of course they are different mates, as the photos were at least 10 years old. The wardrobes were broken, the walls had stars and stickers etc from the previous tenants. I don't recommend them as they are not professionals.
And the most funny thing was when they saw my 1 star rating and they called my husband to ask him if he can changes my opinion! They didn't realize that I am adult, I have my own opinion and I know when someone is not professional. I am not happy with them so my rating is this and of course I don't change it.

I stumbled upon this amazing team when I was having difficulty finding a flat after my past landlord decided to sell.
It was rather difficult during COVID, and everything seemed out of alignment.
At first it was Jack. He showed me the property and made the first part of the process seem smooth and effortless.
Kelan stepped in next and called me periodically to ensure things were moving along with referencing and the other red tape required to get the property.
Jack and Kelan then worked in tandem and were able to get me the best deal I've ever heard of since I began my search when I was given notice. This deal was more than the price. This deal was how the pricing paymentd worked over the year.
Here, I can't fail to mention the landlord and how they actively participated in the process with integrity and professionalism. The landlord kept their word even though things were moving a bit slower than we hoped.
Here comes Ella now, whose bubbly and vivacious personality guaranteed I was set at ease with the final bits of closing the lease agreement.
I picked up my keys, and not only was I given the verbal assurance that the team is there if I needed them, I was also given a Welcome Box, which included everything from washing pods to chocolate. Sweet!!
Finally, after moving in, when I was unsure about whether I had closed the tenancy on my first property correctly, Rachel walked me through my previous lease agreement when I couldn't get hold of the agent for that first agency. She helped me to draft the verbiage for a much needed email to my past landlord who wanted to charge me for regular wear and tear, among other things. She sounded and acted like a lawyer who knows property law. Impressive.
This team works as one. Each picks up where the other leaves off. There are no gaps. They do not seem to compete with each other as it seems other agents do at other firms. And I would know. I've called and tried everywhere. The others always had an excuse or clause as to why things can't work, but this team made it work. And in times like these we need people like this team.
This review is lengthy, yes; but the manner in which I was helped from beginning to end is more than I could have ever asked for. Coming from a small country where I am not used to the red tape of letting, I was and will remain grateful to them for assisting me to find a nice, homeland modern flat. And to be honest, even if this flat wasn't as lovely, I would have stayed because they have proven to have my best interest at heart.
They are a close knit family, one worth becoming a part of. I know where to stay; where to go; where I belong; especially for when I'm ready to buy my home.
I'm already there. For Sure.

I was very pleased with Keelan's professionalism, well manners and patience at all times.
James is also doing a great job at the office, he is fair, also calm and very explanatory with all the finances. There was a small miscommunication with the office, because it is a very busy period I believe, but we managed to find a solution.
I recommend Sure lettings, because they have a variety of high end flats to offer and they try to find solutions that work both for landlords and tenants.
I loved the welcome box they offered me on my moving day full of goodies, such as biscuits and small size cleaning stuff and little chocolate sweets. A very thoughtful gesture that was very well appreciated.

Back in 2017 when I went there to check out a flat I was told to fill out the papers and they will do a credit check etc. That time Magda told me - DESPITE I told her in advance that my husband just opened a bank account, his salary came to mine and probably will Not Have a good credit check - that I shouldn’t worry it all have to be good.
Believed her... very big mistake! £360 it cost me and she just said she can’t do anything, when she actually COULD! I told her to ask the landlord/lady if she is okay if we pay an extra month of deposit which kindly the landlady did agree and we could move in. So for me to tell an agent that she could have asked the owner about safety deposit is a bit of a joke.
I am assuming that having my £360 would be easier without working for it...
Then we came to 2020. I asked you in email if you have any two bedroom properties because we had a baby in 2018 and she would need her space.
We’ve never had a response.
When I phoned them up, the answer was NO, because I was on universal credit.
Which I was on already 2 years out of the 3 we lived in the flat and NEVER we’ve had an issue with paying the rent!! Not even late.
I thought because we were loyal and responsible, we could have a chance. And we were on benefits because our daughter was born with disability so I had no chance for going back full time.
So while I know some landlords may not like ppl with benefits, it is disgusting that THE AGENCY is telling me through phone that it is not the landlord but THEM not accepting ppl with UC.
You know, it is a shame because you lost a good tenant. In 3 years we might have 3 things that I called you for(maintenance) and we gave you back the property spotless, cleaned, freshly painted and ready to move in.
Even during the years and the days when your agent came to show the flat was keep telling us every single time that the flat looks very nice, excellent condition, despite the boxes because of the moving.
I won’t say names, because I think the problem here is the whole agency itself and of course the attitude of some (I am sure it is discrimination that you won’t accept benefits), but please change your attitude and be professional.
Wishing you nothing just to put yourself in the parents shoes who had a very sick baby and had enough problem... this was heartless thing to do.
And we worked hard to own your trust and respect.
What we’ve never got.
Other agencies happily accepted us on benefits.
To our landlady tho, she is amazing, although we’ve never met and we thank her those 3 years in her flat.

I called this estate agent and asked them is it still available one property which they adverted , they said yes. I said to them when can I come and view it , he told me I will call you in 1 hour just need to confirm. He called me and he said you can come after a week which it was Monday. We me and my wife with three children, including 2 months baby we drove all the way from London to Hemel Hampstead in the morning. On our way to see the flat the guy who supposed to shaw me the flat he called us to confirm that we are still going there, we said yes we are on the way, he said I’m not going to shaw the flat but there is one bilder he will show you the property. We arrived there after so much hassle as it was very difficult to find parking. When we went there we rang the bell and one guy he open the door and he said this flat has already been let so I don’t know who told you that the flat is for rent. We where very frustrating and we called again the estate agent so the guy he said Oo really we didn’t know that the property it was already gone. I tried to contact director of this company after 2weeks he get back to me And you know he didn’t even apologise to me , he is very very very unprofessional and rude. So please everyone just avoid this estate agent as they just waste your time.

Nice Agent. I must appreciate the behavior I received from NImesh Shah , director of this organization. Due to COVID-19 initially my flat was not cleaned at all . I cleaned it by myself , but Sofa was never done as it was promised will be done POST Covid-19 . Surprisingly landlord refused to bear the expenses when time came. However to keep words, Nimesh made the sofa clean from his own pocket .. Jodie was the manager of the property and was with me for hardship.

When we where told we had 2 weeks to vacate the property we where renting in Boxmoor we didn’t think we would find another property in time.

We went to SureLet after being let down by a different estate agent. My initial phone call enquiry was so friendly and polite it left me feeling quietly confident about taking our business to them. We arranged to meet at our rental property for a viewing and at no point were we made to feel 'in the way' or rushed to conduct our business. Rachel was superb and won us over straight away. She, and all the staff at the office, have helped us with getting the property back up to standard and continually arranged for one thing after another to be sorted and I never once felt that we were asking too much. We kept receiving emails, keeping in touch and us up to date every step of the way, which is an invaluable service since we do not live in the area. The entire staff that I have met or spoken with on the phone is superb in their customer service delivery, courtesy,, knowledge, and patience. I have met Damien the friendly travelling customer service dude; and met personally the owner, Nimesh, and finally Magda, the agent who just showed us the property we are most interested in. Nimesh is very forthright, personalble and available. Magda gets more than 5 stars. She is very sharp , knowledgeable, personable, a great listener, polite and patient, very friendly and willing to go way beyond what you would expect from eatate agents these days. They overall get a "10" and Magda is a star. Have not met Gavin another owner but he is also very professional and accommodating.

Myself and my wife were viewing properties to let in Hemel Hempstead when we came across James Mcgarry from Sure Sales and Lettings. We initially viewed a property that looked like a steal, but luckily after we spoke James suggested we view another property. He took us there immediately as it was currently empty. The property was INCREDIBLE. He gave us some good advice, got in contact with the landlord quickly and secured our offer within an instance. I have received a 5 Star Service every time I have used the them since 2004 on Sales and Lettings and they have delivered and got the job done in a professional manner.
I wouldn't even consider looking at any other agents in Hemel Hempstead when it comes to sales or lettings.
The staff are extremely professional and know what they are doing and always a pleasure to speak with them when conducting business.

Working with SURE Property Group at Hemel Hempstead, Hertforshire exceeded any of my expectations. As a landlord, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away SURE Property Group were incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with my partner and I to determine what would be a good fit for us when renting our Property out. They even recommended the type of tenants in the local area that would be a good match our requirements, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated.
SURE Property Group were willing to meet us late in the evening to view our rental properties and put together the contracts within a couple days of our first meeting. They were very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though we were on a very tight timeframe. I truly believe they have the expertise and helped tremendously in achieving the market rates. I highly recommend Sure Property Group collectively!

As a landlord I had very bad service from them in the month of Feb 2018. so I never used them again. I gave them my property to rent, firstly they gave lower valuation and than they wanted to rent them selves for their director's use and do short let. kept on giving me the wrong information that it will be like a normal tenancy agreement but they wanted to lease it and not do AST. They never forwarded any offer from applicants that they were doing the viewings. When I went to another agent, suddenly, they had tenant ready for me. Despite showing my concern that I do not want bad reference tenant they accepted the tenant without presenting their references to me. They want their fee from me when I refused the tenant. They have been threatening me to take me to the court. I have been receiving threatening calls and emails since I have refused to deal with them. Be careful using this agency.

This lot have been trolling me for months. As a landlord I had very bad service from them in 2011 so I never used them again. Last 3 months they keep hounding me for my properties which of course I declined there offer and reminded them why I hate them with a passion. They keep ringing me, emailing me, going to my place of business, hounding my tenants trying to get them to convince me to use them. Smells of absolute desperation to me. The branch manager is either lying or doesn't know the full truth. First of all the property they keep seeing advertised was first on the market July 22nd and was LET the end of Oct. Yes it took a while and I ended up using Clements and I lost money it being empty I would still rather burn it down then give it to surelet. Like I said they approached my tenants and wife to ask them to get me to contact them. WHY???!!!!! I said NO and I have some of the emails still of me saying NO!!!!
2011 I paid for the full service and they said every 6 weeks the flat would be inspected. When the tenant gave me the keys back after a 6 month term and I looked inside the flat was covered in mould and as the tenant was a alcoholic she had been constantly sick down the toilet so it was encrusted in SICK and slightly blocked from her sick. Absolutely disgusting!!!! When I said to poorlet (Sunil) what the hell is going on as you said you inspected the place he more or less told me down the phone to poke the flat up my backside. So with repairs and lost rent as the place could not be rented due to it being in a state I asked for £500 from the deposit. They gave me £75.
Now ask yourself was that good service? When I went down there Sunil was out conveniently out. Like iv'e said many a time he knows where I live if he wants to talk about it or run his mouth

Went for one viewing, the agent arrived 15 mins late, didn't know about the property really, felt like she was viewing it too. Listing lied about windows, agent lied about how close it was to shops etc, basically just lies. I understand sales, but saying it's double glazing when it's not is not something you can defend really. More viewings, but not with this agent for sure.

Rachel found us a property we liked (various properties were seen) and sure lettings process was good as they kept me updated. I would recommend that you give them a try when looking for somewhere to live. Other lettings staff where also helpful. I am glad I used their services and will use their services again.

Keval really is an estate agent who goes over and above. Suresale is an agency I used to sell my house 2 years ago, I had such a positive experience I used them again to sell my parents house. This time Keval Gudka was the agent assigned to sell the house. Keval was fantastic at keeping me in the loop at what is a very stressful time, even calling me in the evenings when we couldn't speak during the day due to work pressures. He really does have the seller at the heart of everything, he advises well and is sympathetic to all situations. He was fantastic at keeping me in the loop and really drove the sale forward, which is unique as a lot of agents make you feel like just a number and an inconvenience for constantly calling, not Keval. Sure Sales and Lettings (Hemel Hempstead) must be the worst estate agents on the market They never call you back, even when you have put an offer in on a property. Therefore, you can only assume that it has been rejected, which obviously prevents any further negotiations. If you are looking to sell your property I would stay clear of them.

I would recommend using Sure Sales & Lettings in Hemel Hempstead as they offer a friendly and professional service. I have used their tenant finding service four times in the last eight years and found them to be very quick in finding suitable candidates. They are also extremely supportive and happy to give landlord advice, which I have found useful.

Surelet makes a big difference dealing with people because the have a great commitment with both parts, the landlord and the tenant. They are easy-going skilled people.
I only see one disadvantage and it is the property renting price, but, as far as I can see, if the lanlord were able to get less money, they would have great success. For me the house where I am living in is terribly expesive.

I’m a landlord and had my property since 2005, in that time I don’t have 1 bad thing to say about Surelet. When I decided to rent my house back in 2005, Surelet only had 2 members of staff Nimesh and Sunil they were very professional and looked after me very well. Its 2015 I still have the same property and had 3 tenants in that time my house has only been vacated for 1 month that’s when I was renovating it, I have nothing but praise for them. Even though their business has grown since the time when I first rented out my property they are still the same humble professional guys. If you want to rent out your house in Hemel Hempstead I can only recommend Surelet.

I have used or rather been associated with Surelet for a number of years after being ripped off by my previous letting agent who run off with a couple of thousand pounds of my money - rents & deposits - very painful. Surelet came to my rescue with a very professional attitude & have remained that way ever since. They have always found me new tenants when required quickly (without any dead time) & all the tenants have been vetted correctly without any trouble during the tenancies. They have always paid me the rents due very quickly (a much appreciated thing after my last agents failings) & on time every month without fail. If a problem with a tenant arises they have always put things right competently for both tenants & myself in a very professional way with little fuss. I live a great distance from my letting flat so that this perfect service is great & gives me peace of mind & no more stress (just what the doctor ordered). I decided a couple of years ago to go with Lionsgate Properties instead of Surelet who I had been using as my letting agents for a number of years, purely because they found me a tenant who wanted to move in straight away - the biggest mistake of my life, I had nothing but trouble from both sets of tenants they introduced, one even costing me thousands of pounds because my property was turned into a cannabis farm - I would never advise anybody to use that company as they are not professionally managed. Since my very bad experiences I have returned to Surelet who very very graciously accepted me back as a customer without question. I have nothing but praise for them, not only are they very professionally managed but they have found me some of the best tenants I have ever had in my properties. I'll be staying with them for a long time to come and strongly advise anybody else wishing to rent out their properties to give them a go, they won't disappoint.

I have had a lot of dealings with these guys over the last few years (particularly Martin and Sunil). What I particularly like is when I ask an honest question, I get an equally honest answer in return, even if the answer isn't always good news ! This means I am always fully informed and can make decisions accordingly. When purchasing these guys were brilliant in helping to secure the deal and when letting they have secured great tenants who pay on time and leave the property in the state they received it in.
