Genuinely one of the best things I've done all year is ask Naz at Brown & Merry Hemel Hempstead to help with my mortgage application for a house move. Besides being extremely knowledgeable about all things mortgage, Naz maintains excellent communication - she is very clear, responsive, concise, keeps you informed, advises in a constructive way, and is just an absolute pleasure to speak to every time.
I will absolutely be using Brown & Merry Hemel Hempstead mortgage team services for life and am an extremely happy customer!
I had paid a broker company years ago for lifetime membership but they weren't great, so opted to speak to the mortgages team at the recommendation of Brown & Merry Watford team (who were selling my flat). I had a very good first impression and felt positive about things from the very first call with Naz, and I am so glad I did - I cannot recommend her enough and am extremely lucky and grateful to have had her expert representation to secure my mortgage - now just looking forward to moving in (eventually)!

Thank you all so much. From your straightforward pitch, and advice on photos and preparing house for sale, to getting it up on the website, every interaction, was professional, pleasant, and simple. They conducted the viewings, which imho keeps the personal, out of it, and I sure do not know how to do their job.
I had an offer 1 week after the property went live, and confirmed one day later!!!!
Wow, that was simple. Best advice, listen to the experts about the 'price'. Saved myself a lot of time and energy.

Eliot is brilliant. Really professional and follows up when he says he is going to. I have met somewhere in the region of 20 agents in the past few weeks and have to say, Eliot stood out as a real pro at what he does. Not enough eliots in estate agency. Would highly recommend for tenants and landlords to use.

We have recently utilised the services of Brown and Merry Financial Advisors to purchase our first home, and we are very glad to have met Naz. She provided us with important information and advice on the property we liked, helped us negotiate the price, and we managed to get the offer accepted very soon, at less than the asking price. She constantly monitored the interest rates and managed to get us the best deal available for a first-time buyer with only a 5% deposit. Naz has been brilliant and supportive, always there to answer our questions during the process. Nevertheless, she eventually secured a better deal at the very last minute when the lender reduced the interest rate, saving us £160 per month since the first mortgage application – which really makes a difference! If you want the best advice, save money, and receive support from the start of your search to completion, ask for Naz at Brown & Merry Hemel H branch. ????????????

Would NOT use this estate agents again and would not recommend to anyone, in fact would recommend to stay clear! Poor experience and unprofessional. I don’t think I’ve ever come across anyone as unprofessional as Eliot, terrible email etiquette too! Just look at ALL the other 1 star reviews, they all have a common theme!

At the start of the year i started looking at properties within Hemel Hampstead with a view to move into a family home. Within 3 weeks B&M helped me a find a place best suited for us. They were very accommodating and arranged viewings per our schedule. Very easy and efficient dealing with them, especially Elliot, one of the lettings negotiator. Would definitely recommend this letting agent team
