Lesley Hreaves Estate agents in Gedling Village were excellent.
Friendly, Efficientand always happy to discuss progress.
There were always viewers to look at the house every week but to begin with these maybe not the right people as they hadn’t done their homework with regards to layout.
We reduced the price which immediately found the exact buyer for the house, who really want it and appreciate what it offers.

Sold a property in late 2018. Lesley Greaves valued the property at £98k. I knew this was a ludicrous valuation and even after questioning it with their office they were adamant it was correct.
Ended up selling the property for £140k via David James Estate Agents!

She kept me well informed throughout and everything was carried out in a professional and pleasant manner. Out of all the Nottingham estate agents I dealt with during my search for the right property, this firm were the best and most amenable to deal with. Popped in to the burton Joyce branch, staff helpful and knew a lotta bout local facilities. There wasn’t anything suitable for us at the time but since we have had a number of properties through to look at. Our search continues to find our forever home.
