A property is up for sale on the Day and Co's website. I made an enquiry to view via email, yesterday lunch time. Today, I received a phone call at lunchtime, to say that the property is no longer available. They have accepted an offer. It's now 3pm the following day and the property is still available for sale on their website. If the vendor has accepted an offer, they need to mark it as such on their website and stop wasting people's time.
On the phone, I wasn't convinced that they where telling me the truth, to be honest. They mumbled and kept getting their tongue in a twist. The same happened when they left a message on my answer phone. Mumbling and getting their tongue in a twist. But claimed that it was a different female on the answer phone. Both sounded exactly the same. They have all my details from when I sent them an email yesterday but I will call and ask them to take me of their register. I'm registered with other agencies that I have a lot more confidence in. Day and co. does not give me confidence.
They might be better in lettings. I don't know.

Very pleased with the service received from Day & Co so far. Communication has been excellent and Claire keeps me informed at every stage of the process (and in between).
Initially I was a little underwhelmed by the photographs but I received viewings almost immediately and several offers followed shortly after. So perhaps the photography is subjective and it did the job (guess the agents know best on that front)

Day and Co were most efficient, knowledgable and friendly throughout. I was kept well informed prior to viewings which they conducted themselves (ie I was not expected to deal with these myself) and given feedback each time. It is evident through the amount of SOLD signs in the area that they have very quickly become a very successful and expanding business. Well done Day’s!

We were very impressed with the initial consultation with Chris, particularly the information on local sales, maximum price achieved etc. However, there has been a lack of communication since this meeting and we have had to chase up Day & Co to obtain a copy of the EPC report a number of days after it had been completed. It would be nice to have some sort of progress update on how things were going with the sale.

I was kept well informed throughout by concerned, friendly and helpful staff. I was told when viewings would take place and informed about feedback. The property was very well advertised with a flurry of customers from the outset.
(I don’t know about the cost of conveyancing as not yet completed)
