Having recently used the services of Denise White Estate Agents( Leek office) I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to help guide you through the sales process. From the very outset I found staff to be highly responsive and accessible, friendly and helpful. It has been over 30 years since I had last purchased a house and things have changed slightly (!!) but staff were there to offer guidance and support which was very much appreciated particularly when things became more difficult and therefore stressful. A big thanks to all particularly Ella, Danni and Frankie and Steph- congratulations on the great service that you all provide.

I have engaged both the lettings service and sales service proved by DW estate agents, and have had a positive experience with both.
On the lettings side sourcing a suitable occupant, assisting with resolving issues with the property and obtaining the required certifications. Keeping in regular communication at each stage of the process.
On the sales side providing a professional sales brochure and photos of the property, plus handling and providing and efficient viewings service.
Knowledgeable staff with a regular point of contact.

Denise White and her team have recently sold our house and I just wanted to leave this review because we are truly grateful for how much effort they put into our sale. Every member of staff that we contacted was professional and went above and beyond to solve our queries and questions. They were contactable Monday - Saturday and replied reliably. We initially chose to sell with Denise White because it felt like a personal service and genuinely fair valuation. This service continued throughout and we had a steady flow of people coming to view our house which then sold within three weeks, in a market that didn't really seem to be moving so we were very pleased with this! All I can say is that if we were to sell again then we would definitely use Denise White again and I recommend their services to other people as well.

Denise, Steph, Ella and Dani were amazing from the start. Always there to answer and help with any questions I had. Seeing as I was selling this property on my own.

Denise and her team couldn't of helped more if they had tried.
Everything they did was above and beyond. I had a mess around with my sale because of a useless solicitor in London who just wanted to bleed their client of their money dragging the process on for over 4 months!!
Fortunately with advice from Denise and her team we relisted and managed to get a sale in the space of a couple of months. Id definitely recommend.

Whilst the overall experience of the sale was something to forget it was no fault of Denise and her team. They did all they could to help with the process through every step. Unfortunately my buyer was using a useless solicitor in London who dragged the sale on for months causing no end of issues.

Ask about house was there any parking and got email back saying wasn't taking anymore appointments on this house and they would put me on there books . House didn't sell till about 3 weeks later. I rang about a property for sale on ladderedge in leek through Rightmove on Friday morning, I informed the lady I was a cash buyer and very interested in the property, they told me there were no viewings before Wednesday but they wouldn’t accept any offers until people had time to view, I received a phone call on Tuesday to say the house was no longer for sale and an offer had been accepted. I have no idea how this is possible as I was happy to pay over the asking price which the vendor is obviously unaware of. I’ve dealt with property all my life and this is completely unacceptable and Unethical, I hope the vendors read this and ask Denise white why this happened.

Denise is absolutely lovely and extremely knowledgeable about the local housing market. She incorporates local knowledge with modern techniques for selling houses such as social media, online viewings and videos which I believe gives her the edge over other estate agents in the town. She sells property quickly and keeps you up to date with the process really quickly and smoothly. Would 100 percent recommend using her and she will be the first place to go when we sell or purchase in the future.
