After a bad experience with another local estate agent in Leek, Daniel and Hulme were highly recommended to us to sell our property.
Natalie and her team, were always very professional throughout.
With years of experience in dealing with buyers and sellers, nothing was to much trouble for them.
Always greeted with a smile on entering their business, welcomed and treated like old friends.
The sale went through smoothly and we exchanged and completed with our seller in less than 8 weeks from offer to completion.
Natalie and her team, always go above and beyond.
A special mention to Dave, who always carried out the viewings at our property and got praised highly for his local knowledge of the area.
Highly recommend Daniel and Hulme.

I don’t like writing this but the way we have been treated by this estate agent is terrible.
All was good we had our offer excepted, happy days. Then 2 weeks later, after solicitors have got involved, we find out the garden as shown in the brochure with decking and a shed on it, oh and patio doors opening onto it doesn’t belong to the property at all. Apparently they have squatters rights to the land, but want our solicitors to sort it out.
If we had known this from the start we would never have made an offer on the property.

Natalie worked very hard to achieve the sale of our flat and in particular spent a lot of time helping our purchaser navigate her way through the purchase process. This was critically important as the purchaser's' lawyer was less than helpful! I've no doubt that the sale would not have exchanged contracts without Natalie's personal involvement and commitment.

My mum and step dad applied for a property with this estate agent and they paid the holding deposit and when they spoke to the INCORRECT PEOPLE THAT WAS ON THEIR APPLICATION REGARDING WORK REFERENCES AND NOT THE PEOPLE OK THE APPLICATION, they then said that they failed the checks and what I would say to anyone looking at going with this estate agent please think again because this is a bunch of lies from a supposed to be professional company and when I tried speaking with my mums permission the lettings manager then proceeded she didn’t want to speak to me and put the phone down on my mum. If anyone wants to be ripped off please go with this company. I would suggest anyone else that thinks these are any good please think again and look at their reviews.

Made us drive half an hour to view a property that already had an application going through and didn't bother to tell us until we tried to apply after viewing. They said they'd ring us back after asking the landlord, but they never did. It seems to me, just like with many other garbage letting agents, D&H receives all of its good reviews from landlords and tenants should avoid them.

Our family have owned properties in both Stoke on Trent and Leek for the last 16 years and for over the last 10 years we have had the pleasure of using the services of Daniel & Hulme both as sales and letting agents. The amazing service they provide is second to none. We did previously use other local agents but there is absolutely no comparison. Natalie is incredibly efficient and professional and together with John and Alison always very friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The extra hand holding really made this such a smooth process! You really do know your stuff!
I was a little weary of instructing Daniel & Hulme after reading the reviews on google, but after having a few agents out to value my property, they really did stand out from the others!
Friendly, approachable and not pushy! Some agents that I had out to value my house wanted me to sign there and then! It was quite refreshing to be given time to think about my options and not be pushed into a corner!
I would highly recommend Daniel & Hulme if you are looking to sell your property! Natalie is a great asset to your team!

After paying £150 for an "application" myself and friend got rejected based on our working contracts.
Looking for a 2 bedroom property, the agents then called up and told us we could reapply for a 1 bedroom so clearly not listening to what we are after. They told my friend 1 thing on the phone and me something different.
This letting agent are rude, unhelpful, robbing and have no desire to help people into a new property

My partner and I rented a property through these scoundrels a few years ago.
There is not enough space here to relate the full story or list all of the problems and aggravation that we encountered. But in short we found them to be rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. I would never consider leasing or purchasing anything from them again. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of dealing with this rogue company to stay well clear.
