Talk about excellent fast service. We saw the property advertised Friday morning. Arranged an immediate viewing with the brilliant Tom who sped down from Hampton Hill to Staines. Loved the flat, put in an offer at 5pm. Filled in the forms immediately, supervised by the wonderful Lucy, and BINGO: offer accepted by 6pm. Very unprofessional, we have seen 2 bedroom property that we was very interested with my family to rent we have been communicating with the agent 3 times over the phone after they told us by email that property is for single occupancy or a couples if so they should be more professional and ask the landlords for what they are looking for and update on the description in first place not discriminate people with children and wasting them times and again sending me the same property in email if we are interested. Very stupid i will not recommend.

Much has changed, and without a full UK identity—lacking electoral registration, a credit history, or a registered UK address—everyday tasks have become more digital and demanding. Thankfully, we had the support of Ellie Mullady from Chase Buchanan's Hampton Hill office, who made a world of difference in our search.
Despite the 8-hour time difference, Ellie adjusted her schedule to accommodate our needs, ensuring that communication was always efficient and timely. She expertly guided us through the rental process, explaining each step with clarity and patience, knowing it would be unfamiliar to us. Ellie even helped us navigate the GoodLord app, which isn’t particularly user-friendly for returning expats.
Our search involved a wide range of locations and an unusual initial tenancy period of six months. Ellie took the time to fully understand our unique requirements, offering valuable guidance and insights. Since we couldn’t view the properties in person, Ellie proactively provided detailed video tours, ensuring we had all the information needed to make an informed decision.

From the first day that I met, Amy spent her entire evening walking me through the “big picture.” From there on out, Amy was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to Amy. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I needed to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) Amy would proactively provide this information to me, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open.
I ended up deciding to continue saving for one more year to finally have the funds to reach my dream property however meanwhile I will be forever grateful to Amy and will certainly be calling her when I am ready again.

Rented a flat with them, it had damp, a hole in the bathroom door and wasn't clean when I moved in. None of this was recrified i had to deal with myself. They also said it was fully furnished when it wasn't. They charged me for a professional clean when I moved out (over £200 for a one bedroom) even though it wasn't clean when I moved in and i provided photos. One of the negotiators screamed at me once in the street when I picked up a set of keys from their office I let a contractor borrow. Really terrible agency, and unpleasant people to deal with

I am going trough a divorce have tried to rent a property from this estate agent and they have done everything to make my life as difficult as possible and to keep my £300 deposit.
I am self employed and I told them I haven't rent any where for past 25 years as I own my own property but I need to move out now.
They told me I need to show my salary is 40K but I clearly told them I need to ask my accountant to find out what is my exact salary but they recommend me to put 40K to secure the property and also rush me to put the deposit dawn even property would be available in two & half month.
I offer to give them 6 month rent in advance but they asking for the whole 12 month which its madness for the person has a track record of 29 years in successful business and very healthy credit scoring and bank bank account.
I have complained now to Ombudsman and I hope they can get my money back
I will stay away from them if I where you...

It's been a long slog with the market as it's been but John and all his team, especially Anna & Chris, have always been professional and "on the case" throughout that time as well as always polite and encouraging. Absoulte garbage service. Poorest at communication. Very Good at lying at managing. Unprofessional and pathetic. If you want to be robbed, please go ahead. They have tie ups with worst referencing companies. They have manipulated reference reports and shared personal data to other people. Worst data privacy and protection. I should have looked at the previous reviews before even taking their word. They are just living to expectations, My bad!
Exactly what happened to hank moody! I should have read this stuff. I just found out thay they havent paid Anything to the reference company, holding my funds and benefiting. Worst people ever! Do not rent with them.

We recently sold our house and bought another through Chase Buchanan, Hampton Hill.
Our chain was not straightforward but Chris and John at Chase did an incredible job of keeping everything on track. These guys are straightforward, work hard and communicate effectively.
Definitely far better than other agents I’ve experienced over the years. I’d happily recommend them if you’re looking to sell or buy in the area.

terrible service, i viewed a house and made a offer to rent it. i offered to pay a years rent in advance as i own my own business and the traditional tenancy referencing wouldn't favor me. then the estate refused to forward my offer to the landlord unless i paid for the tenancy referencing, even though it would be pointless! just because he would benefit from it financially. this is actually against the law and when i complained to the head office stating that i had spoke to ARLA the property regulating body they then had a manager call me back. now saying they had mentioned it to the landlord but he was not interested in having the years rent paid upfront... sounds more like they know what there colleague was doing was wrong and they are covering for him. attempting to bully unnecessary fee's out of someone illegally... they took no responsibility for there actions and swept it under the rug as a misunderstanding?
there not to be trusted, use another company...

These are awful! I currently rent through these and am moving out this month. They have taken another rental payment from myself and have left me with no money amd bank charges due to bills that need to paid.. my hole experience has been dreadful highly recommend finding another agent

Had an awful experience using the Hampton Branch !!
1) The agent was late to the viewing.
2) There was no apology for being late.
3) There was no hello, handshake etc, just simple pleasantries were missing.
4)Any questions we did ask were responded to with a short and dismissive response.For example we asked about the heating system as there were no radiators. We were told there was a boiler. We know there's a boiler love...elaborate !!
5) We were whisked through the first property and after 2 minutes of being in the second we were told we had to leave as she had another viewing....charming

We had a new development of 1/2 bedroom flats to to sell and choose Chase Buchanan as they , in our opinion, got the asking prices right for the local area, where professional and demonstrated real knowledge of the area and potential buyers. The sales process spanned the last budget and the referendum so it was hard work at certain points, but john Sawyer and his people stuck at it and we achieved, within a very reasonable percentage, the predicated asking prices. I would recommend Chase' to you!

I recently let my property through Chase Buchanan due to my job relocation overseas and was very pleased with the service. The Lettings Team did exactly what they promised, securing a family for my lovely 3 bedroom home in no time at all. As a first time landlord l was very nervous but the girls in Hampton Hill were always there help and to hold my hand through the whole process. They were friendly and professional at all times and I would not hesitate to recommend them!

It was my first time renting, therefore I was very nervous and she did all she could to make me feel at ease and make the best decision for me and my circumstances, without feeling any pressure.
