Knight Frank’s communication was poor and often they wouldn’t update us even post a viewing. In 4 months, they had just 21 viewings which resulted in 1 offer well below asking price - we have had better results with Marsh & Parsons in just 3 weeks!

Terrible experience working with Kinleigh Folkward & Hawyward. Having worked with a number of quality agents over the years, KFH charge the same type of fees but do not provide as good a service as the likes of John D Wood and Foxtons. They did not ensure everything we put in the agreement was completed before our move in, did not inspect the property enough to know it was full of damp, were slow on responses, did not even ensure a professional clean was completed before we received the keys, all of which was in the contract. To get respectable tenants, you need to choose agencies like John D Wood who provide high quality service.
I used Beresford Residential to help me find a property in Brixton and I was very happy with their services. I found them extremely helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them! Thanks again.
After rushing from work to get to my viewing on time I phoned the property consultant who had emailed me the day before. He had who had no idea who I was or where we were meeting. After giving him the information he probably should have noted down himself he said he would be with me in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later he phoned to tell me that an offer had been accepted for the flat so it was no longer available. Apparently this wasn't his fault as he had only just found out and couldn't quite grasp the fact that he is telling me this over the phone 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to be. He should probably consider getting a diary or maybe a job that doesn't involve organisation or a basic level of customer service.
Paul Harris provided an efficient and professional service throughout the process of my house purchase. As a first time buyer he was always on hand with useful advice. Would highly recommend.
KFH are a horrible pathetic corporate bag of nails. They are liars. In any other market conditions they'd wrap up in a month and the staff would be back to hairdresser school. I look forward to the day they are done.

Shockingly terrible service from Regent Lettings. Mis-sold from the outset and have failed to manage our property since. They avoid calls and don't answer emails even though our window has been broken for a few weeks - safety hazard! No signs of improvement sadly.
UPDATE 29/6/2017 - These issues remain outstanding months later... I'm really not sure why Regent Lettings have responded saying the issues have been rectified?
