House sold at almost asking price within two weeks of being at the market. We had valuations from three other agents who seriously undervalued the house (between £150,000-£75,000 less than it went for!). We are so glad we went with Hanptons and sold quickly at a price we were happy with.

Annabel from Hamptons Clapham was such a star. She knew exactly what our criteria was and before the property came on the market we were shown a great flat and put in an offer then and there. We had a brilliant service from Hamptons. We were renovating our property and had a short let that we needed to extend on 3 occasions and each time it was done with the minimum of fuss. Id particularly commend Joe Gibson who looked after each transaction with the minimum of fuss . I found him to be trustworthy, dependable and efficient. He even popped something round we had left at the rental property on his day off. An asset to the company !

Really helpful letting agent, understood the type of property we were after, the budget we had and weren't pushy like some other agents. Would definitely recommend Hamptons to anyone, they explained all costs and the process upfront too so we knew exactly what to expect and weren't surprised with extra charges.

Hamptons International, through their Battersea and Clapham offices has let two flats which I own. The service throughout has been outstanding, the teams have continued to find quality tenants and negotiated shrewdly to gain the highest sustainable rents.
I have often received advice about furnishing the properties and on one occasion I was even advised against buying in a particular location because it was though that the flat had moderate yield.
I have recommended the staff at Hamptons on a number of occasions and shall be delighted continue to use their services well into the future.

Particularly with the Clapham agency where we were looked after with extreme care and professionalism by all staff. Especially want to thank Victoria and Rhian for their helpfulness and kindness.
They managed to rent, due to their experience, our property in three days finding a reliable and serius tenant.
