I bought a flat from Dixon's, Yardley. It turned out to be a complicated leasehold matter with the solicitors.. My experience was enhanced by the professional, smooth, over and above efforts and service provided by Zoe Powell (Assistant Branch Manager) and Grace and Paul. Zoe was very proactive, positive, professional in ensuring both solicitors continued communication to ensure the matter progressed. She was always very informative and knowledgeable about each stage of the process. Zoe, Paul and Grace where all always at the other end of the phone with outstanding customer service and exceptional care for customers. Thank you team at Yardley for making this so easy. I would highly recommend Dixon's Yardley.

Great experience with some great guys. After being given the runaround by another very local agent, Paul was more than able to understand our requirements and ensure that his suggested properties were up to the brief. The team at the office were very accomodating and Zoe kept us up-to-date on progress right through till the time we got our keys.

All in all, an excellent estate agent who really put their customers first. Highly recommend.

Hey readers, I had been to this Dixons in order to sell my property and move house. I had a few agents working on it, but they wasted my time for example, Property Link - they didn't even participate with the house viewings. However, Dixons were very helpful - I would have gone to them before had I known about them. Paul had helped me all of the way and I appreciate them taking their time to sort out my property matters. For buying and selling properties, Dixons are very reliable. They did not waste time at all and they also provide a genuine value for your property. Some estate agents had wasted my time by telling me that my property was worth much more than it actually was, which resulted in a slower process and less buyers willing to pay. Dixons are very experienced in this area and they were the only estate agents that were able to value and sell my property for a good price. Paul especially was very friendly and he organised viewings for my house as well as coming around to our house in order to deal with it effectively and let us know about anything. He was able to find genuine buyers for our house and I am truly happy with my service and I appreciate their time.
