I bought a property recently and was delighted with the service provided by Dixons Yardley. Grace always answered my calls promptly and offered timely updates and support. She is very customer focused and pleasant every time offering a service with a smile! The manager Zoe was always proactive and made sure things were done by solicitors on time and went over and beyond to make sure the completion took place at the agreed time. I bought a flat from Dixon's, Yardley. It turned out to be a complicated leasehold matter with the solicitors.. My experience was enhanced by the professional, smooth, over and above efforts and service provided by Zoe Powell (Assistant Branch Manager) and Grace and Paul. Zoe was very proactive, positive, professional in ensuring both solicitors continued communication to ensure the matter progressed. She was always very informative and knowledgeable about each stage of the process. Zoe, Paul and Grace where all always at the other end of the phone with outstanding customer service and exceptional care for customers. Thank you team at Yardley for making this so easy. Great experience with some great guys. After being given the runaround by another very local agent, Paul was more than able to understand our requirements and ensure that his suggested properties were up to the brief. The team at the office were very accomodating and Zoe kept us up-to-date on progress right through till the time we got our keys.

All in all, an excellent estate agent who really put their customers first. Highly recommend.

I have just bought my second investment property from Dixons. There were some serious issues related to the purchase caused by my business partner. Despite this and the understandable frustration it caused the seller, Sarah and Sam at the Erdington branch of Dixons were excellent. They were really supportive and understood what this purchase meant to me based on the great relationship I have built with them. I'm very grateful to both of them for being part of this ultimately successful purchase and I look forward to doing business with them again soon.

This review is for the mortgage advisor company within Bairstow Eves. Do not by any circumstances go with this appalling mortgage broker company. I have wasted time and money for a job I was doing myself. They ask for an upfront payment which I didn't mind, but once they take that payment you are just a number. Being a first time buyer I thought I'd go for a broker to relieve stress however he only made the situation worse. Not sending files to my chosen mortgage company after been sent them not once, but twice, being told 'oh sorry I have been busy with potential customers' What about the ones you have been dealing with?! Absolute poor communication and customer service skills. Never in my life have I been left so embarrassed when my solicitors were calling asking what was happening with the mortgage as it still hadn't been completed and sent off to my chosen mortgage. I hope people read this and avoid at all cost, because it has lost me money, time and has given me a great deal of stress. Please note I even filed a complaint to Country Wide and they couldn't care less so taking this further. I wish I could write everything that had happened during this time, but there is so much to write! Just please please please don't fall for the mistake of being told I will help you because they really really don't just go to a bank!!!!
