I have recently sold my property through Dixons Yardley, I had a number of agents out whom where over valuing which did not tally up, but I was highly impressed with the professionalism and knowledge Grace and Zoe had of the local market and how realistic they was with the sale price, they had answers to all my questions and I signed up immediately. From the outset I was delivered with a swift profession and a courteous service, viewings where attended and we sold within 24 hours of going live. Zoe and Grace where very professional, kept me informed at all stages of my property sale. Both Ryan and Cara were great, very professional and went the extra mile during COVID-19 to make sure that my move went very smoothly, including going to the house to send me a video as I wasn’t able to make a viewing, meeting me at the office at a time that suited me best, they were both highly professional and had great customer service, everything was done to a high standard and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Dixons Yardley have been a breadth of fresh air. I have been buying and selling properties now for over 10 years and worked with many agents but Zoe at Dixons Yardley has been outstanding. Any agent can sell your house when the market is booming but it takes a determined agent to get your house sold in the current challenging market without having it undervalued. Form almost instant responses to my queries to daily updates I have never had to chase them up. A credit to Dixons and a great example for many agents to follow. Well done Zoe.

What can i say about this Branch? Well, i saw a house i was very interested in and called up the Branch. Zoe answered my call and swiftly got be booked in for a viewing. I liked the house and put an offer in. Zoe called me back shortly after and congratulated for my offer being accepted! The process after that was extremely smooth and Zoe clearly explained the next stages of what i needed to do. She was helpful in assisting me with getting conveyancing sorted and was also helpful in coordinating various questions i had for the seller. Grace has also been helpful and put together a nice property brochure for that i can keep for my own records. Both individuals are extremely friendly and have been excellent in the home buying process. Thanks both you guys rock!

I bought a property recently and was delighted with the service provided by Dixons Yardley. Grace always answered my calls promptly and offered timely updates and support. She is very customer focused and pleasant every time offering a service with a smile! The manager Zoe was always proactive and made sure things were done by solicitors on time and went over and beyond to make sure the completion took place at the agreed time. Both are great Ambassadors for Dixon's and I would always recommend family and friends based on my experience.

I bought a flat from Dixon's, Yardley. It turned out to be a complicated leasehold matter with the solicitors.. My experience was enhanced by the professional, smooth, over and above efforts and service provided by Zoe Powell (Assistant Branch Manager) and Grace and Paul. Zoe was very proactive, positive, professional in ensuring both solicitors continued communication to ensure the matter progressed. She was always very informative and knowledgeable about each stage of the process. Zoe, Paul and Grace where all always at the other end of the phone with outstanding customer service and exceptional care for customers. Thank you team at Yardley for making this so easy.
