Very poor experience with this estate agent. Three days ago, I managed to get through on the phone, but was told they were busy and that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, that call never came.
Since then, I’ve tried contacting them again multiple times over the past two days, but no one answers the phone and there’s still been no callback. It’s extremely frustrating to be left waiting with no communication at all.
A simple return call would have made a big difference, but the complete lack of follow-up and responsiveness feels very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend their service based on this experience.

With the help of Ian, we have completed the purchase of our first home.
I would like to reccomend Ian to any one looking to get on the property ladder as he has been through an through amazing! the whole process was explained well, we felt very at easy knowing what is happening at every step. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable.
