I had a really good experience with Dixon Homes. Megan, Ellen, and Holly were all very responsive, helpful, and efficient throughout the process. Although I had a few headaches with the references, the team and their system were excellent. Even after I moved in, the maintenance team responded quickly and did a great job. Thank you all for the great service!

We can't thank Sarah and Louise at Dixons Erdington enough for the incredible support they gave us throughout our journey as first-time buyers. From start to finish, they were always there to answer our questions, offer reassurance, and guide us through every step of the process.<br><br>Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, but Sarah and Louise made everything so much easier and helped the whole journey feel smooth and stress-free. I have always received a solid service from this Dixons, other estate agents in the area have made me feel like I'm just a number and the service has been consistently poor but Dixons I've had a few dealings with now have always been good.<br>Shout out to branch manager Darren, he hands down has been the best part of Dixons, he always gets stuff done and is honest in his approach, he clearly directs his staff well as most interactions I've had have been brilliant
