Been trying to call these agents for last 2 weeks, probably called over 20 times and only answered once..such a shame they houses I require come under this shambles of letting agents. Very very poor service. Highly wouldn't recommend ????????

Would definitely recommend Dixons Lettings in Lichfield. My experience with Louis was perfect. Although a trainee & a new addition to the team, I found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable

Dixons were great from start to finish. We were first time buyers and very anxious stepping into the unknown with buying our first house. The team supported us throughout and no question was a stupid question. When our first property wasn’t progressing, due to the sellers, they were straight on the phone as soon as they found a suitable alternative property which met our needs. We managed to view before it went on the market and had the offer accepted within a few days. I could not recommend Dixons any higher. Big thanks to Christine and the entire team for their continued support and help with buying our first home.

Honestly so frustrated with Dixons. They never ever pick up the phone, they don’t respond to rightmove enquiries.
It’s just super frustrating that properties I am interested in buying are being managed by dixons.
If I were a seller I would be super annoyed knowing that the people supposed to help me sell my house are doing everything in their power not to sell by intentionally not responding to enquiries
