Simply put... 'I cannot fault Douglas and Gordon.' I started 1 month ago and have been so welcomed. Training here is spectacular, I really do understand why D&G are so well known for their well trained experts from the office managers, to the negotiators and right up to the managers; who know their area of this industry inside out, It is genuinely mesmerising.

Since joining D&G back in July, I have been fully engrossed in everything D&G. Firstly, being welcomed by the whole company from the get go, that the transition as a new joiner to a fully integrated team member felt smooth and far from overwhelming.
The training is second to none. Everyone is extremely supportive and encouraging of your own personal success. The week of training really highlights how invested D&G are in your growth within the company and making sure you are fully equipped for your role.
Without sounding too biased, I couldn’t rave enough about D&G and their culture. They truly care about you and your welfare. And to top it all off, the social aspects of the company are truly what sell this this company. For anyone considering a career in property, look no further than D&G, you won’t regret it.

Since the first day in Douglas & Gordon I felt part of the group, everyone is fantastic and they involve you in every section of the training. For me the induction week was the best I ever try. I'm glad to be part of the this amazing company. Love it!!

Starting at D&G has been an extremely positive and pleasant experience. Ellie and all the team at Head Office were fantastic, and went out of their way to make the induction process both informative and enjoyable. It is evident that everyone at D&G is invested in the success of both the company and the individuals within it, and I am excited to be part of such a wonderful team.

Ellie and the D&G team were brilliant throughout the entire recruitment process! The induction training week was extremely informative and enjoyable. It is clear D&G genuinely care about their employees and want us to have a successful and fulfilling career with them. Joining the team at D&G has been amazing! Everyone is super friendly. When I came for my interview everyone made me feel at ease especially Ellie (who is head of recruitment). I've only been here a week and I absolutely love it and I've been made to feel so welcome. In addition to this, I was completely new to the industry so the Induction Training they did was fantastic. It's extremely informative and good fun! I'm so happy to be a part of the D&G family!

Starting at a new company is always a daunting prospect but not at D&G. Ellie & the superb recruitment/training team made the journey ever so welcoming. From start to finish the training was impeccable - learning a whole new industry has never been so easy! Joining the team at Douglas and Gordon has been a truly enjoyable experience, from the very first phone call. Starting with Ellie Collins, the lady who acquires all this talent to the business. She has an exceptional understanding of what it takes to be successful not only in this industry but specifically at D&G. She personifies so effortlessly all that it means to be a brand ambassador through her honest, reliable and personable approach. If you are lucky enough to be offered a position at the D&G (firstly, accept without hesitation) the rest of the people you encounter upon starting and throughout your world class training only continues to be as awesome as that very first phone call. Hands down one of the most joyful experiences in my almost 10 year career in property I have ever had.

Everything about my experience with Douglas and Gordon so far has been amazing. The entire team in head office go out of their way to make sure you succeed not only as part of the collective business but as an individual too. Having ongoing training also makes you feel so supported throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend a more nicer, professional and fun company to work with.

An extensive 5-day training course ensured that we left fully-equipped to hit the ground running once we got into our offices. It's rare to feel to part of the family so early on. Such an inviting office and company, I felt really at ease at a relatively nerve wracking time. Everyone I spoke to was so kind and interested in what I had to say. The training is incredible, I never felt like I didn't know what I was doing, even though all training was over zoom! I do feel that I'm supported in my career, I'm and able to grow confidently into my role.
